Called the office a gal answered, couldn't even understand her name
Had no customer service etiquette

I am upset about the pricing now but I love this place as I grew up here. HAS ANYBODY HAD PARANORMAL EXPERIENCE HERE?

I was passing through the park and a very polite maintenance crew came and helped me find what I was looking for. Great service!

Very very great customer service. I called asking about move in specials or sales. Ivy and Josh were so helpful and answered all the questions perfectly. They were so kind and respectful. Thank you for making the call a great customer service experience!

I was coming to see some family and the maintenance crew Terry and Teresa came along with the other guy and they were very helpful in helping me find my way through the park an I had wonderful experience

This use to be a good place to live but now they talk down to their tenants and treat them like trash and think they are better. They don't give proper notices then want to blame you! They play favorites as well they allow others to do things against the rules but you make one simple honest mistake and they want to ticket you and talk down on you! It's funny how the ones who work in the office get to whatever they want like drive like this is a race track through the park and possible run over children or anyone for that matter! Wouldn't recommend living here currently looking for new place!

I just bought a home in this community. Everyone has been fantastic! From viewing available homes to moving in, to maintenance on minor issues - everything has been handled efficiently and professionally. I adore my home and love my new community. The roads were just paved, neighbors are usually quiet, trees/grass well maintained… this really is an amazing place to live. It is also an easy commute to downtown Dallas.

This is a wonderful community to live in. Theresa and Terry are very helpful in assisting the people who live here. For example: When the office went to online payment for rent, Theresa help me understand how it works. She has helped me in so many other ways. Terry is always talking to the tenants when they have maintenance issues and how to avoid future problems. He keeps the community clean and well maintained. They are wonderful people to have in this community.

My husband and I purchased our new home back in May of this year and I’m so happy that we made the decision to buy from Glenn Heights Community. The office employees were so friendly and helpful considering we were first time buyers. Once we moved in we had a few maintenance issues (manufacturing was the issue) but their maintenance man Terry handled it quickly and with the best attitude! Any issues or concerns I’m able to contact Teresa and she’s helps me solve it with ease. She honestly has been a breathe of fresh air with how professional and kind she treats both me and my husband. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our new community and I’m so so happy to finally be home ️ thank you Glenn Heights for the warm welcome!

I came into this property searching for affordable living and maintenance helped me out and directed to to the office whilst answering any questions that I had, once there the employees in the office talked to me and told me about some great deals. All in all it was a good experience.

A small but not so small community that is quite plus clean. The people are polite and will lend a helping hand if needed. Say be on your best behavior cause the po po stay on patrol.

Teresa Hoffman and Terry Waldrop are the best they are in the Business of making Glenn height Community the Best.

Maintenance Staff is Awesome. Especially Terry. Quick to respond and very helpful positive attitude.

I worked with Tammy Been and she was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I am so excited about choosing the community to live in. The staff and office workers were pleasant and professional with assisting me with my home and needs. I 100% will refer others to this property.

Tammy Brem is garbage and she is doing the 5 star reviews. She is disrespectful and she lets people that dont live on the property taught children. Her approach is about as ugly as she is. She has the correct parent so dont play with me about my child. However living here is nice.
