By far the best experience we have ever had when making a vehicle purchase. We live an hour and a half away and the drive was worth it! Since we were from out of town, we did most correspondence through texts. By the time we arrived at the dealership, everything was ready to sign. We had pre-qualified with our bank, but Rickey suggested trying GM financing, which gave us a great deal. Rickey spent a great deal of time setting up "My Buick" on my phone, then explaining all the buttons in my new car. We greatly appreciated his attention toward us. He did an awesome job! It was a great experience and we love our new car! Thank you Glenn Polk staff for making our experience seem effortless.

Scheduled same day service. Arrived a few minutes early and the service was done in about 15 minutes. Everything they did was explained with a friendly attitude and a smile.

Everyone was so helpful & courteous. They brought me the car to test drive & when I went to the dealership, everything was ready to go. Shawn was great finding me a great deal. Tom went over all the features on the car. Hunter was very courteous & knowledgeable in finance. Joe helped reassure me I was making the right choice with my extended warranty. Great experience. Great people.

I dropped my car off Monday around 4: 30 so that the service department would have plenty of time to look over my car. When the service manager called me Tuesday and told me it was ready I told him it would be really close to six when my husband would be there to pick it up. I called back later and spoke to another service manager and told him the same thing. Upon arrival just before six the service department was locked and everyone had gone home according to the sales person who finally acknowledged him. The sales person was rude and didn’t want to try to help him in anyway. He left without getting my car.

I would recommend Glenn Polk if you’re looking for shopping for a car. They have professional salespeople and make the car buying experience easy!
