This location is a franchise and stay clear of this business as they don’t uphold cleanliness or good customer service. Not only are they racist, but refuse to do their jobs and take care of the salon ethically. The owners are scammy and this is why this location is ran by their son and his girlfriend because they can’t keep a consistent staff.

I’ve been tanning here for about a year and the staff is very nice. The place is very clean.

The entire staff from Austin to Allison, Mia they are friendly, welcoming, and have knowledge of all the different types of relaxing, self care activities offered.

The light therapy is extremely helpful. I can’t express enough my gratitude towards kindness shown towards me. They are awesome people. Great staff

It was my first time at Glo and Austin helped to get me acquainted with all of the equipment quickly and efficiently. He was super friendly and the machines were very impressive. I can’t wait to try everything out!

THE HOLY GRAIL OF TANNING AND PERSONAL WELLNESS. The staff is very welcoming and invited. They all display extensive and compassionate knowledge about all the products and services provided for the customer. The tour was absolutely amazing and seeing how clean this well run establishment is was completely a game changer to me. I’ve been to a wide variety of tanning salons including palm beach tan and planet tan but as soon I came through the door at this location I knew I was immediately at home and felt so welcomed and a sense of care for the services I needed to be my best self. If you are in the market for a tanning, spa and self care membership then look no further then Glo Sun Spa Dallas. I can’t recommend this location enough to my friends and family.

Couldn’t ask for better customer service at this location. Wish I woulda asked his name, but the guy that set me back up did me a solid and turned my entire week around. <3

Don’t ever go in there. If you’re a person of color, expect to be treated with racial comments and arrogant attitude. On top of that they’re unprofessional and make fun of their costumers. They should be more grateful. People shouldn’t support this chain of Spa’s, specially this location, if you’re white, you’ll most likely get treated better but don’t be fooled. They’re sneaky with their deals. Tell you they’ll charge you a certain amount and end up charging you stupid fees that they can’t explain, they will also try to get you to pay for
Expired, they absolutely have favoritism with their costumers. I’m going to sue them for being unprofessional, unsanitary and discriminatory.

Save your money and your time. I know the race card is overplayed however my mom was treated poorly just for the fact of having Mexican consulate ID. On her visit they refused to take it even though they had already accepted a family members a day before when asked why the receptionist just gave her an attitude w no response on that same visit she was charged extra the light blocking glasses even though my mom had paid for the service already. When the timer went off the staff just left her in the room in the dark. On her second visit the owners son was there and my mom asked yet again why the took her over 20 year expired ID and not her Mexican consulate that has her maiden name after divorce.the owners son Was not only completely rude but started screaming at my mom saying he didn’t know and to quit asking.my mom to which replied to calm down and from there the owners son kicked my mom out the property and banned her for asking a simple question. My moms English is not great therefore she wasn’t able to defend her self properly, but my mom was dígraded and humiliated. And you can rest assure that we will file a discrimination law suit since my mom was a paying customer. As of yet we are to get any apology from anybody.

I love coming to this location! The staff is very friendly and helpful - Allison is amazing! Facility is always clean, there's a wide variety of services you can utilize, and there's really never a wait for any services, but if there is, it's super short. Sometimes you can even wait in the massaging chairs, if they're open - love that! Definitely recommend this location!:)

This place is the best! I moved from Flowermound to Addison area and just love the quality of the products here.the tanning beds, the red light therapy, and the spray tans are way better than anything out there! Highly recommend!

So happy I found this place! Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff, Allison was the absolute sweetest, she took me for a tour around the spa and was super informative about the services provided, and the different varieties! The store is very clean for how large it is and has a lot of different services. I could spend all day here! Thank you so much to the Glo Sun Spa Staff you guys were amazing, I left feeling like a brand new person! Thanks Glo Sun Spa, and as well as Allison. Will be returning!

Sad to say that I will be cancelling my membership here due to a poor customer service incident on the night of 5/17.

Customers come here to relax- not to be rushed out the door, hear employee drama, and spoken to poorly by the staff. I was questioned why I wanted to do certain services and told that they would “take too long” by the girl working the front. These are services I have repeatedly done, been previously recommended, and purchased packages for a special occasion.

I addressed my concerns with the male “manager” up front. But a rumor is he is the owners son and can’t be professional with some of the girls that work there.

Starting my new membership with Sol sunless tanning where all the staff is helpful and professional!

This is probably the worst tanning salon in Dallas. All of the people at the front desk are rude and arrogant. One of them dates the owners son (Preston Road location). I was paying $90 a month for a premium membership. They charged me $70 for a defective bottle of lotion and wanted me to buy a 2nd bottle. They refused to replace the defective bottle. I quit on the spot and told them to stick my membership where the sun don't shine. The owner is dishonest as well.
DO NOT GO TO THIS TANNING SALON. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF.

Amazing tanning salon and worth the price. Also if your buy their tanning products on the first day you sign up you get free days! I had a whole month free and I enjoyed it a lot. Beds are brand new and very fancy spraying mist, fans, music, etc.it was very relaxing.

The services are effective and I’m seeing results with consistent use. The location is clean and well kept.

My Saturday always starts with a visit here. Always clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
