Gloria's Latin Cuisine, Addison TX

The place is nice. But the fat black lady Security guard that drives around in that go cart is rude and unprofessional to people and should be fired making addison look bad.

This review is basically about the food. Something has changed in what i use to order. It seems like the inside of the pupusa and chimichanga were wet! Idk if it was grease or queso or both. Also the beans were not good. Please visit the Firewheel location, the beans were so good! There recipe must be slightly different, much more flavor. Also the inside of chimichanga is just meat and shredded cheese, no extra weird wet stuff.

I'm never disappointed at Gloria's. Whether by myself, with someone, or a group of people- the service is great. Never a long wait, if any. Hospitalable staff. Orders are brought out quickly. Always clean and food is great.

It is a very trendy and energetic place to go. There is dancing on the weekends I think and it gets pretty lively. Food was good and the wait staff was prompt.

I love all locations. I have been coming to Glorias for more than 15 years. But my special location is Gloria's in Addison. I was there this week and I had the most amazing time with my friend. To start, food was amazing as always, and our waiter Gaspar was exceptional. Gaspar was very friendly, attentive, and professional. After finishing lunch, we decided to hang out at the bar, another exceptional experience. The bartenders Carlos Estrada and Salen Lopez were fantastic. They were very friendly, attentive, and professional as well. My friend and I had an amazing time at Gloria's. Thank you so much!

They choose people when they get in to place if they don’t know you they won’t let you in but so many people walked in with sport shoes that was fine for them but not for us. So this place has to stop doing this. You can’t choose people by the race.

I’m a regular here because me and my friend like this Gloria’s. Idk what happened but on 5/29 Memorial Day, we ordered cheese enchiladas and not only was it literally not good, but I went home and threw up. I don’t know what they were doing in the kitchen that day. My friend also had the same experience. It was like 7pm and even the bartender/waiter was MIA which never happens…maybe that day the cheese was going bad, who knows. Also the red sauce for the enchiladas tasted like spaghetti sauce. I always have a good time at this location, idk what they were doing that night

The manager needs training he doesn't know how to do his job when my wife told him about the bug in her food he just blew it off. This place highly needs pest control service and better customer service training.

This is the worst Gloria's I've ever been to my food had a bug and when I tried to address it they were so rude one literally just ignored me n the MANAGER was so rude didn't even get an apology. Never coming back to this place

I ordered sour cream chicken enchiladas and they were cold when they arrived. Otherwise service was great for a large party (10).

Salsa, chips and Queso was delicious.

Juan helped with fixing our soup order, chicken soup and chicken tortilla soup. First order was more broth than veggies and meat. Thanks Juan!

I went with my friends to Gloria restaurant, it was a very positive experience.

I went for dinner so I ordered a steak fajitas, which was a good portion, and the taste was amazing, the price was ok.

The beers was nice and cold which is very important as it was hot day.

Will definitely come back again.

Ernesto was such a good server. He made sure our drinks were full at all times. I will definitely ask for him again. I live in Allen and it just isn’t the same. 10 stars all around!

Always delicious food; however service is always slow, inconsistent and inattentive, hard to order and doesn’t check on you periodically to see if you need anything.would be perfect if they could just get that right!

10/10 for EVERYTHING. Food was amazing, I got the chimichanga and Guava margarita. My sis got the quesadilla. Smoothest and strongest margs I’ve ever had. Bartenders were great and there was dancing at 11pm which was will return

The black bean dip is amazing! It comes with the salsa and chips. I ordered the shrimp and steak fajitas with corn tortillas. My son ordered the ceviche trio and blackened red snapper. Everything was excellent. Our waitress, Melina, was friendly and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. She was great!

If you sit at the bar Carlos is your guy: He is very attentive and sociable. He makes the best drinks! Highly recommended

Ernesto was our waiter. He was super nice. We sat in the outside patio area. He was very attentive, never an empty cup and quick turnaround for bar drinks. It was my sister's birthday and she came all the way from Kansas to celebrate. It was also our first time staying for salsa. Ernesto made the whole experience great by giving us the details of what to expect. #Priceless

Busy restaurant but plenty of seating so there was no wait for Thurs night dinner. Kind of pricey but worth it every now and then. I've tried the chimi, taquitos, enchiladas and the A la mexican (spicy) dish. All were tasty! The refried beans are perfectly smooth. The spanish rice is white in color and tastes quite simple (healthy). The chicken is grilled in the A la mexican dish. Its a huge meal and not as spicy as I would've expected but still yummy. The mojitos are really great! $10 each and fresh ingredients. The service was good. Slow service but friendly at least. Complimentary chips & salsa/bean dip is delish.
Outdoor seating is nice but it could be cleaned better. Our seats had food and stains. Indoor seating is vast! Overall would highly recommend this for Mexican food.
