Great service! I am in San Antonio, my friend who had surgery is in Dallas. After realizing I had some misinformation (location). The driver went above and beyond to make sure she received the flowers i sent her.

I’ve order from Gloria’s on 3 different occasions and each time the floral arrangements have been beautiful, the flowers have been fresh and delivered on time! When ordering online from a picture, you sometimes don’t know what you’re going to get, but Gloria’s has never disappointed.

I'm in college and ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day. They delivered them quickly and the flowers look AMAZING. My mom and I are both very pleased!

Response to Gloria's numerous excuses.

I gave the full legal name of the deceased within hours. I also SEVERAL times pointed out that there would be no service. Gloria's refused to listen to what I had to say and I was the person ordering the flowers. They simply did not want to do the order on the same day although they charged for same day delivery. This is an extremely unprofessional and lack all compassion. Learn from our pain and go somewhere else to start with.

Ordered funeral flowers and paid for same day delivery as they advertise. Glorias called to say they need full legal name of the deceased. I called and emailed back full legal name within an hour. They called to say they funeral home said no service today so they wouldn’t deliver them today. I asked for next day. I then emailed full legan name again, wrote exactly, “No service. Need flowers to funeral home by noon. ” No response. I then called at 10: 30 am to ensure the flowers would get there in time to go with deceased to graveside. They had not read the email nor started making the arrangement. Furthermore; told me she had called the funeral home and there would be no service today and they would take them when they knew exactly when the service was. Again, THERE IS NO SERVICE. I lost my patience at their incredible lack of professionalism, lack of compassion for the deceased or relatives and utter ignorance in handling the situation. I canceled the order and ordered elsewhere.

Flowers I paid for didn't not get delivered to correct location beware recipient never received them.

Paula did the flowers for my wedding and everything was perfect! The greenery and flowers were beautiful and made the venue look amazing, im super happy with how everything turned out!

Paula and her team don't even deserve the 1 star that I gave her. Completely unprofessional and unconcerned. I would not recommend this business to anyone. We met with her at the end of last month to make arrangements for my sister's bridal party, set everything up and was told to come back mid March, called today only to be told she wasn't doing the flowers, was talked to very rudely by whatever incompetent person who answered the phone ans when I called Paula to try to reconcile that she showed no regard and used her husband and his illness as an excuse. Then said bridal parties are mean and that's why she don't do bridal party flowers anymore. Piss poor service. What goes around comes around, and you definitely need to be careful how you treat people. Do not patronize!

They answered my call right away I needed an arrangement for a funeral and they were so helpful to work with my budget and needs. Highly recommend them!
