I’ve never had to file any claims, so haven’t had any in person dealings with my agent. It sometimes takes more than one attempt to contact by email before I get a response. I did have an issue where I updated my address online, but continued to receive mail at the old address and my insurance cards were not updated. My premium also increased for the next 6-months, even though I have no citations or accidents and don’t drive more than 8,000 miles a year.
