GO Car Wash, Leander TX

Used to be wash n roll.i miss it.it's is ok now tho.some of the vacuums don't really work (they "suck" bad LOL). One time i was here and i cut my hand really bad was bleeding all over everywhere (my own fault) and the boys let me in the office and gave me bandaid.i have a cool scar now.i've never gone thru the actual car wash.i just like hanging out with the vacuums.boys working here always chill cool sweet and kind.never seen a lady.

Good experience of carwash with vacuum and towels available whenever I visit. Much better than the other Leander Go Car wash location by 183 non-toll which is pathetic in terms of car wash facilities like no vacuum since last 6 months.

Been going to the wash n roll for years. Looks like they were bought out by Go Wash. This is what the highest grade ($28) wash and tire shine looks like after the wash. Gotta do better y'all.

Our go to car wash. The monthly car pass is $10 right now, the same as a single car wash. Also a good place to clean out the car.

Always an easy way for a quick wash. They keep adding upgrades. Not sure if they are working yet

I was really impressed how much the kids working there seemed to care about my car looking good. Kudos to them!

This location specifically has gone down hill the vacuums have no suction, bad hand drying, and can’t seem to scrub the bugs off- this is with high roller package

Ever since this has been taken over by go cashwash it’s gone extremely down hill. They took the mirror down so you can’t see your wheels aligning with the tracks, mat wash machine has been broken for over a month, today there was 1 spray to use for 8 spots by the vacuums and you just have teenagers sitting ending around on their phones. About to cancel my membership if nothing improves soon. I’ve had a membership here forever so super disappointed.

Paid for a premium wash didn't notice anything different than everyone else other than. Getting my tires half way cleaned no wax n towels dry other than the windows save your money and buy the basic wash

Decided to give them another shot but from people at the entrance walking away so only half the car gets prepped, to not every option in the tunnel coming on like it should, it's a waste of money.

There was an accident in the middle of the tunnel. Car in front of me just stopped (it had a very big wheels) & my car hit that car. My car was in full foam so I was not able to see that the car in front of me stopped. Cars were in neutral, no one pressed brake & they said that it is system failure, so they submitted a claim, took pictures, etc & the manager told me that they are going to call. I did not receive any call during 2-3 month. When I asked about the claim status on my next visit, they told me that they can't find any claim & they can't do anything, because it is possible that the vehicle in front of me pressed brake (in this case that car should submit a claim from insurance). Now I can't prove them that was their system failure. So be careful with them & do not trust their words, specially their system.

Had to do a quick trip to north Texas and killed lots of bugs along the way. Drove through here when I got back home, and this place did a pretty decent job getting most of the bug remains off. With the sweltering heat we've had, the last thing I wanted was to allow them to bake on any more than they have. Definitely recommend.

This place has gone downhill since being bought out. No clean towels, minimal cleaning supplies, and the worst customer service. I finally had to call my bank to stop payment for my membership.

I’ve had a membership for over 3 years but recently every time I go here something isn’t working or they are out of something. Staff will fold towels and then chat instead of putting them out, vacuums are constantly broken so you have to change spots until you find some that work, usually at least 1 brush in the wash is not working properly.

I had a membership here for about 3 years and finally threw in the towel this weekend and canceled it. When it opened it was a great place to keep your car nice. However, it has progressively gone bad.

It started with the occasional vacuum not working when they open and they wouldn't know about. Equipment breaks down, you should test things prior to opening so you can better manage the days services.

Over the last year every single weekend the car wash itself breaks, vacuums break. The staff, rather than informing the customers who have paid and are in line wondering why the cars aren't being cleaned, get on their cell phones. Really bad management.

Honestly, the location is wonderful but they have a ternager managing so you get zero experience and lots of frustration.

Owners, do a better job and hire a manager who is capable.

My truck almost bumped the height board but they were able to let me slide through. Wash was decent thank you!

This place used to be great. Progressively gotten worse. I have 4 cars I take here but no longer. Tired of broken equipment and rude service. A simple request of pre-scrubbing one little spot on the hood was met with “sure bud, we’ll take care of it”. Then that same person blatantly not doing it and just walking off when I was about to go through the wash. Take your cars and money somewhere else.

Just swipe your credit card and go. I did a Ling car wash with all items totalling 12.00.it works

I’ve been paying for a high roller accounts on two vehicles for over a year now and they still have not been able to constantly clean the rims and tires 80% of the time they come out like this after they supposedly added tire shine and wiped down the rims. Idk if it’s a lack of training or caring.
