Apart from the challenge of parking the camper, (all on me!), Laura bent over backwards to accommodate us, she's awesome.
Very positive experience. There was a woman who greeted me when I entered the office, and her name was Laura. Laura was professional, cordial and very helpful. We checked out the storage space and she explained everything essential to rental very clearly and succinctly. She got me squared away in short order and I was able to re-enter the property soon thereafter and actually store some of my belongings. A great experience thanks largely to Laura.
