We are so very happy with the work that Shawn and his team did to make our backyard usable for us and our dogs.

Prior to the turf installation, our yard was a mud pit. Between the drought (which killed all of our grass) and the rain, our yard was a mess. It was impossible to let our two dogs out without it becoming a painful exercise in cleaning - them and our floors. Already, our new yard has saved us time and worry.

More importantly, Shawn was exceptionally professional and made sure the job was done properly. He was responsive and efficient. We highly recommend him and the crew of Go-Turf.

This is my second time around having artificial turf. Both installs were performed by Shawn. I wouldn't have had him return for #2 if #1 hadn't been such a good experience. But it's not just about the install. Its also about the follow up. The service attention you receive should it be needed was as simple as a phone call. He never questioned anything when I developed a small problem and he had a crew here in a reasonable time frame who corrected my issue, much to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Go Turf for your artificial turf needs.

Shawn and his team completely revamped my backyard, which already had Turf that has been put down by another company a few years ago and was starting to look pretty ratty. I really appreciate his honesty in giving me different options. We ended up keeping the original turf and just completely redoing it - cleaning it and putting in a new base, while other vendors had insisted on upselling me on getting brand new turf, he was able to make my old Turf look brand new for a reasonable price. I will definitely work with them again and his team were very thorough and professional, and left the site looking perfectly clean and had great communication throughout. Thank you!

Turf is level, drains well, and we are happy with the product that Go Turf used. The team was professional, communicated clearly, and cleaned up the site upon completion. We have SO MANY WEEDS. Not on the edge, but popping up through the center. Apparently it is common and the first we heard about this was a couple months after completion. Given that we were looking to reduce maintenance this is quite the bummer. I posted one brand new picture (aerial) and 2 recent. Apparently it can take years to get rid of these weeds. Spray treatment, then pull weeds and repeat.

Shawn and his team were great to work with. He gave me a very thorough quote and the scope of work was far more detailed than any other company I received quotes from. Communication was great when work beginning was delayed by rainy weather. The warranty offered on the material was a huge positive for Go-Turf also. They worked with me on a unique paver pattern in addition to installing the turf. We are very pleased with our new turf yard, and our dogs are too.
