Going's Bbq and Steak Company, Crosby TX

If you enjoy eating a brisket that taste like rubber, bbq baked beans that taste like it has been sitting in a taqueria for weeks crunchy Mac and cheese then this is the place for you! My dogs food would taste better than this trash.
I'm suprised the health department hasn't shut it down by now

Those young girls running front are rude and have no customer service or communication skills. Yes food is good is it great, no. Not worth the bad service. Bye Felicia and your attitude can stay at SOTR. I won’t be back

This place is great, dont let the lower than average star rating deter you, everything was fresh and hot.the wait is a little high but its worth it.idk why the rating is so low its not dirty or anything like that at all.

Came to Houston to visit some family and found this restaurant close by. We stopped by to grab some side dishes as it was getting late. Tried their corn bake, fried mushrooms, and potato salad. Everything was hot and good. Would definitely recommend the corn bake and it was very comforting. It sticks to your ribs and I couldn't stop eating it

My favorite menue item is Friday special ribeye steak and baked potato with chopped beef. I don't know what the steak is marinated in but I love it! The BBQ sauce is not my favorite because it's spicier than I prefer, but OK for chopped meat. Burger is good. Chicken is good also. The quiet environment is nice for dine in. But I usually get food to go and never a problem. I like to call ahead and it is usually ready for pickup. The cola is not watered down either. Brisket is OK but could be moister.

The food is consistently fresh and yummy, staff members gives fantastic customer service. I like the cleanliness and character. I highly recommend this place.

The steaks were perfect! I might not be able to do myself, only issue was canned nacho cheese on mac-n-cheese, otherwise it would be 5 star

Food was good and timely. The prices are decent. So far, the best BBQ place I’ve experienced in Crosby.

Currently sitting here in this restaurant in Crosby I always try other bbq places but never this one today got lunch I gave it a shot
The customer service is terrible!
The short Hispanic man was upset when taking my order and very rude then he took my payment and didn’t offer anything else I had to politely ask for a iced tea and for a cole slaw
He didn’t say thank you or anything the place was empty and it was noon the table outside in the lobby looks dark and creepy over all the sandwich was decent the fries were hot and crispy the cole Slaw was eh eh ok
I really hope management can read this and really work on their staff and their customer friendliness and attention to detail
Unfortunately this was a first time and last time for me I will not be coming back and I hope I can save you a trip here
