Wonderful experience with Gold Financial and Blake Rodgers. He went above and beyond since the very first step in securing a loan for our new home. Courteous, kind and very professional. If you're a vet trying to purchase a home RUN AWAY! I'm a vet using the VA loan. There are easier ways to waste your money than doing business with individuals like Maurice Matthews from Gold Financial Services.
This organization lied to me, ghosted me, and started sharing my personal loan information with other individuals even when I couldn't get them to take my calls. This is the most shameful and unprofessional conduct I have ever seen in my adult life. I made huge financial decisions based on the guarantees of this organization. Decisions that would have made me just another homeless vet if I didn't have the support system I have. Maurice Matthews is inept at communicating in meaningful ways. I was told at various points that my closing cost was going to be $5,000>>$11,000>>$1,000>>$19,000 and finally that I shouldn't have ever been given a pre-approval letter. Mind you, a lot of this was not being communicated directly to me.
Read some of the 1 star reviews. My experience is not unique. They will suck you in with lies then try to scam you out of money.

I can speak for the service Daniel Camacho provided me. He was just great, he was expeditious with all his work to help me get my dream home. He was available whenever I needed him and he was so very concise when I had any questions. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and family.

Leslie Bradford helped us get our loan for our house! She was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care off! I wouldn't want to have went through this with anyone else!

Stephen Bellew is such an incredible lender! He made buying a house feel effortless. He was an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to help us! We prayed so much that God would work things out they way they were meant to, and it all fell into place. We have now been in our first home for a week and we are loving having our own space. I loved how easy the app was to utilize and it made signing documents so easy. Stephen has such great customer service and got everything done in such a timely manner. We could have closed a week early if the sellers were ready. His team was on it! Rates are high everywhere and you can refinance in time when rates go lower, but you can’t beat this quality of Customer Service and Honesty! I am willing to pay a little more to make sure everything is done correctly with no drama and peace of mind. People these days underestimate how important it is to get quality services from trustworthy lenders. If it is too good to be true, it often is. Go with what is reliable, efficient, and honest. Go with Stephen, you won’t be disappointed!
