Don't listen at all. You say your neck hurts and they will rub your feet for 35 minutes.

After talking to a receptionist and returning after 40 minutes as agreed upon, another staff member very awkwardly refused to proceed with our massages and basically forced us to leave. The only thing she kept saying, despite our attempt to explain, was “no” over and over. I definitely think there is a language barrier that presents issues but the interaction was very strange and uncomfortable.

I absolutely love this place, great quality massages at an affordable price. What's great is they don't play around, they get straight to it. I have been to other places who start the timer and then set up and waste time, for a one hour massage they only spend about 30 minutes actually massaging. Not this place! They massage the whole time and they always accept me as a walk in. Love it!

Terrible service! So dissatisfied! Have been here before but after this time, I will not return.
•Went in for a 60 minute foot massage.
•Paid up front with credit card. I made it clear tip after which will be in cash.
•Masseuse was extremely unprofessional.
•Applied some lotion on my forehead, and before I told her to stop, she applied dabs on my cheeks. I told her no face. She was trying to convince me to continue in her own way.
•When water was brought to soak feet. She was assisting to put my foot in which I stopped her. I always test the temperature first. Thankfully I did because it was very hot. She brought a picture of cooler water to add to tub. Didn’t appreciate her trying to put my foot in.
•Massage on my feet and legs were very boring. She kept playing with my toes rather than a massage.
•When I went facedown, she applied hard pressure on my back quickly. I immediately stopped her.
•I wanted to leave 30 minutes after she had started however, I didn’t want her to have the satisfaction of free time on my dollars.
•I left quickly after my time, leaving, no tip.

I had an appointment and when I got there she ask me if I wanted deep tissue massage I said yes. It cost more. However, it wasn’t a deep tissue massage. I told her I wanted 90 mins. Massage started send 1: 40 and she finished at 2: 50. I tried to ask her way she cut it short. However, she keep saying. Yeah 90 mins. I showed her the time and she keep saying 90 mins so I got around a 70 min massage but paid for a 90 min massage. She didn’t understand me and I got tired of trying to ask her why it was only 70 mins. So, I just didn’t get as much as I would have to make up the cost difference. They also ask for the money up front so they can do this because you have already paid.

I am a massage therapist and live close by, so I often pop in here for a massage. The therapists are always friendly to me, and the place is clean and welcoming, and I can usually get a massage just by walking in. I recommend LiLi. She is strong and very kind!

Yes, there is a language barrier; if you have lots of injuries or specific requests, you should go to another place where they do a thorough intake/assessment. However, I love this place and think all the therapists I’ve had were great for a relaxing massage…. And the price is very affordable!

I’ve been to this place a lot of times over the past few years. Most recently though, the lack of professionalism and cleanliness has made me decide to never come back.

1. Farting and burping loudly around customers. It’s a natural body function and understandable to happen sometimes but like try to be discreet.

2. I have been asked twice if I was pregnant before getting a massage. This past time I walked out mid-massage sobbing because of how embarrassed I was. I understand they ask for safety but if I were conventionally thin I would not have been asked. It’s not appropriate to ask that.

3. Weird smell while my face was in the face hole.

The lady massaging me today 5/29 around 2pm (tall and braided hair) was super kind and understanding and provided tissues. I appreciate her and am sorry she had to deal with a crying client.

I've been having pain in my upper back and neck.

I paid up front, as most spas request that. No problem. I gave $60 cash for one hour.

The massuse asked of I wanted medium or hard pressure. I asked for medium.

The massage was going well. The massuse asked if I wanted to make it 90 minutes instead. "Okay "

She asked if I wanted hot stones. I replied, "No. "

I left feeling relaxed with no more pain.

I paid $90 for the massage and gave $40 for the tip. I was not asked to tip. It's automatic with me.

Had one hour deep tissue massage with hot stone and cupping done yesterday. I like deep massage. My neck, upper back and shoulder felt a lot better. Definitely will go back again. And the place is clean and the staff were nice.

I have never been so pressured to leave a tip. They wouldn’t even let me leave the door and insisted I needed to leave a tip. I paid $120 for the massage. I do not think I need to leave a tip and I do not feel that I should be pressured to leave one. I would never come here again because of that. The survey was horrible

My therapist was Anna she was friendly and soo good! I felt completely relaxed and left feeling better than before. I chose to do the 30min reflexology for $25 for my first time to get an idea of the massage and pressure before I booked an hour massage. I personally prefer a Swedish massage (relaxing with little to medium pressure) and she delivered that. In no way did I feel it was painful or rough and would definitely go back to her since she did an amazing job. They also do your temples, sides of neck, upper shoulder neck area too which felt so good. Water was a good temperature for feet too not too hot like some places. And she did not pressure me at all to get a more expensive service or leave large tip. I think this depends on who you get there. Would highly recommend Anna

This place was really bad. I was going to Sally and decided to do a walk in because I’ve been having really bad problems with my back. Upper back to be precise. They made me pay first and tried to get me to tip. But I told them I tip after depending on the service. That should’ve been my first red flag.
I paid for a whole back massage but told the lady that it’s my upper back. She was aggressive and roughly massaging and I had to ask her 3 times to be gentle, yet that did no effect. It was so bad I was just praying for it to be over.

The lady used her hands and arms too much and the only sense of relief I had is when the hot rocks were put to use but she ran them down my back 3 times and went back to using her arms and hands.

I originally was going to leave a $2.00 tip because that wasn’t worth it. She’s lucky I’ll even tip at all. Then the lady proceeded to forcefully make me tip $10.

In the end, my back still hurts and I wasted $50. If you’re going to pay $50 make sure you leave with your body feeling better.

Update: Yes she made my back worse. I went to bed and woke up barely able to turn my neck.
