The maintenance man Marco is awesome, he's always A1 when he comes and service my apartment

Today, Marco came to fix some things in the apartment, I loved that he explained what was causing the problem, he made me feel safe by communicating the steps he was taking, he’s an amazing worker.

Beautiful property and Great staff! I'm the current contractor for Golden Bamboo. It's been a pleasure working with Savina and Marcos. They're both really hard workers and they both work as a team to have the units ready for move ins, scheduling and resident's orders. Savina has exceptional customer service skills, and a pleasant attitude. Shes always making sure that all jobs are done in a timely manner, and she is always available for any questions or concerns I might have even if it's on weekends, holidays or even after hours. Marcos is always helping me in any way he can. He is always keeping the property clean, and nice.
He is a fast maintenance and does an exceptional job.

Management is accommodating and provides good service. The Maintenance is hands on and quick! Marco is the best very nice and helpful. The have a very good team which helps living here more welcoming.

I love it here.

The customer service and attention I’ve received in this community is over the top. I’m very happy with the management, they are proactive and keep me informed when I’ve requested repairs or needed help. The property grounds are clean, and the fitness room is always available to use. I moved here because it’s a gated community and I wanted my children to go to CyFair school district.

Maico is the maintenance guy of this property and he is super nice and efficient. The manager in the office is also very helpful and nice.

Maintenance guy did a wonderful job taking care of the issues we had in an efficient time manner. Was super nice and went above and beyond.

Poor communication. Been on waitlist for years only to see it is cancelled. They never sent a email or a courtesy call to inform me why. Nor do they answer the phone or emails.

The properties are well maintained, the community is great and the staff is friendly. The property manager, Savina, is very nice, professional and organized. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I’m a resident at the property my experience has been great with Mr. Savina Marlo he’s very professional and will take care of any issues you may be having right away. He’s always polite and very caring he’s has made my stay here on the property very comfortable.
