Sat in the line for my food for 20 minutes. Got it and the food was cold. What's up with that? All that time my food should be piping hot! Shame shame
Went here yesterday morning! The chicken strips was good but they was wet! Fries was disgusting and undone! Okra was disgusting and undone! By the end of the night my whole family was sick. My 1 year old is still running a fever!?
Place was filthy, didn’t even want to sit down due to how dirty the place was. Food took forever to come out. I don’t know who the manager is here but they either need to fix their restaurant or get fired.
Took forever I ordered through the app for the same reason to have it ready. I have been here 30 minutes & food is still not ready, they also dont have curbside pickup as it mentioned through the app. Also loading and unloading a baby just for pickup is hectic so you would assume ordering through the app is the best thing to do, but nope. Also, i went through the drive through and they were not able to give me my food but said I had to go inside.
I went inside and order 2 peace of chicken meal and 4 peace of tenders to go during peak time 11: 30am. No one was there inside the dining room besides me. Place was decently clean. However the chickens were luke warm in temperature after I got home (5 minutes).
To his is the first time I've ever bought a 6 piece tender meal that was so greasy that it left my hands greasy and a coat of grease in my mouth. The tenders I have purchased before were not even close to how greasy these were. I couldn't even eat any more of them.
Food was not good to me. I’m from mass and I came to visit family down here and I was very disappointed. The fried chicken wasn’t tasteful to me. The batter needs better seasoning and the chicken tasted wet. You ever had wet chicken? The taste when you leave defrosted chicken out to thaw? That’s what it taste like. The grilled chicken was a bit salty for me. The sides wasn’t all that either, the mac and cheese and mash potatoes tasted like it was from the box. I have nothing against box foods but it didn’t satisfy my tastebuds! The bread was delicious though, so definitely give it a try. You have to pay for sauce . You guys ever been to kfc? Their food is well seasoned and flavorful
Be careful on when you choose to come here. Food can come out fresh or old. Low staff rn and I would only get take out/fine in from here, delivery ends up sitting there and you risk getting cold food that's dry. Best fresh. Check hoit food before you drive off.
Another disappointment. Ordered tenders with gravy and didn't get the gravy. What am I supposed to do drive back there and ask for the forgot gravy. It wasn't even busy. Don't know why I set myself up for disappointment coming back here.
Always about 10 minute wait to get the roasted chicken - at least it's fresh and hasn't been under heat lamps.
Great food and the service is had dwindled with a very common mistakes
where there shouldn't be. The drive through line takes far too long even there are only a few cars there and they ALWAYS miss something in your order. Great food, bad service.
A 25-30 min wait at the drive-thru its unbelievable and unacceptable. It would of been nice to know there was no chicken ready, bad miscommunication with the customers.
30 minutes wait for tenders only to be told they gave my order to someone else is and it would be 30 more minutes.
