Golden Chick, Richardson TX

Young white drive thru lady was very rude and unprofessional. Thought it was also a bad choice to have an obvious drug addict with rotten teeth handling food. Won’t be going back again.

I cannot have any dairy. Golden Chick has many items that are dairy free. I printed off their nutrition facts (dairy) and the items that do not contain dairy, I have tested for myself and I have not been sick from the roasted chicken, green beans, dirty rice, and YES the yeast rolls, my absolute favorite! Feels good to go out and eat knowing that you can. This is one of those places.

Golden Chick is definitely the best fast food chicken restaurant around in my opinion, and this is the best location in the area. Not only is the chicken tasty (even without the sauce), but the sides are unreasonably good. I usually go for the tenders with gravy, and either fries or okra for the side. Can’t go wrong trying stuff like their wings either!

Tuesday when I got a side of Mac and cheese it tasted like sink water/dirty dishes.
Today a few days later they wouldn’t replace the sink water Mac and cheese. I don’t have a receipt from Tuesday and of course I didn’t call back for a side or sink Mac and cheese. I’ll look for another chicken place since GC really needs to steal $3 that bad.

I purchased the special (20pc tenders, 5 rolls and gravy) ; I added 2 family sides (green beans and macaroni & cheese). I was tired and exhausted from moving. I was using DART/#238 South Garland bus to get to the Arapaho DART Station, ; therefore, I was pressed for time. Mr. Darrel is always professional, informative and courteous when I come to the store. I took the young lady's word that the order was correct and I exited to catch my bus. Upon getting home, other things related to moving took my full attention and I finally noticed the order was incorrect. It had macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy but no rolls. I knew I had to come to the Post Office (Belle Grove Road) the next day, so I thought I would drop by and puck up my green beans and rolls. I was surprised when the female manager, refused honor my request. I had my receipt. This kind of service speaks volumes about the company's values and how much they value the customer.
I experienced a situation with Chili's (Casa Linda) in 1984. I have never set foot in any Chili's since and I made it my mission to keep business partners, family and friends away from Chili's. Golden Chick doesn't realize that they aren't the only company selling chicken. We all know and love Chick-fil-A (Down to earth company with a heart), Raising Canes, Chicken Express, Popeyes and I could go on. It would the LORD GOD coming from Heaven and telling me to do business with Golden Chick before I would ever give my money to a company who calls me a Bald Face Liar.

I have food poisoning I asked the guy that was taking my order if they had fresh roasted chicken he proceeds to tell me yes thanks to you I trusted your word and now I am sick can’t even sleep the roasted chicken was hard with a funny taste far from fresh shame on you guys for serving customers old food!

The roasted chicken breast is always so juicy and delious. I enjoy their coffee in the mornings. Everyone that works there is always so friendly to me.

My kids turned me on to the fact that Golden Chick has roasted chicken and now there's no looking back.

I love being able to get something halfway healthy while I'm on the run.

The service was great tasting and fast, the only sour point was the smell of the men's bathroom and the toilet was stopped up with whatever emanated the smell.

Mr. Darryl is always very pleasant and nice when I come here. I mainly hope to come in contact with him everytime. My food is always fresh and the process is quick my favorite location.

This is the first time. I purchased golden roasted chicken and it was burnt and cooked hard. The restaurant on Auproha Street normally cook good roasted chicken.

Normal golden chick. Exactly what you should get when you stop here.

Hot crispy chicken, hot fries and fresh ice tea. When you are in the mood for chicken this works.

Ordered through website and waiting for over an hour for a delivery when I'm a couple blocks away. I ordered through the official Golden chick website, not a 3rd party website. This wait time is unacceptable. 30 minutes after the estimated time.

I was contacted by Ally and told to contact the restaurant directly. I called for 30 minutes with no answer. Finally got ahold of someone and they were no help. They can't even cancel my charge. I ordered 2 hours ago! DO NOT use their online ordering system!

This is for your Greenville TX location. My husband picked up our dinner. He just got home and sat to be relaxed for a few. He looked at our order and realized it was totally wrong! Took it back and they treated him horribly. Ranting over how long it had been! He had the receipt showing what he ordered and they wouldn't correct any of it! I will let everyone I know to not go to Greenville location! We love Golden Chick but not Greenville!

Team members are very nice for the most part I’ve came a couple times were I got a rude employee. They’re tenders are mostly always great but sometimes they will give the skimpiest piece of chicken and count it as one full piece.

This place rocks for service! I don't know the name of middle aged black male that works during the day but he is always extra nice.

I ordered one small corn nuggets and one small fried okra at the Arapaho avenue off of 75. When the lady bought my order out, I had 2 okras instead. When I took the extra okra back inside the nice black male cook kindly fixed my corn nuggets. The Hispanic lady who gave me the order was very argumentive, and was saying she double checked and the order was right. It was not! She basically called me a liar. Teach the employees to have respect for all customers, even the black customers!

I went to Whitesboro, Texas restaurant and the employees were all amazing. They always exhibit excellent Customer Service and the catfish is always delicious!

Ordered the New Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and it was so good and made so perfect it could have been captured for a marketing ad. Much love to the Chef that made the best lunch I have had in a long time.
