They made me wait on the curb for 20 minutes and no one brought out my food and I had to go back around in the drive thru and honk at the window because everyone was in the back

The food is good and the service is good. Part of my order was missed and I had to go back for the rest of it.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this location! They have kids running it and they will not I repeat will not prepare your food the right way. My food was cold and totally disgusting. I called back because the location was to far from my house to come back. Brian the so called assistant refused to accommodate me unless I drove back with the food that a left with even after I explained how far away I lived he still refused. I repeatedly asked for a general manager or a corporate number and he refused that as well. He told a paying customer that I was coming at him… I have never heard of such rudeness. I will find a corporate number and I will definitely be reporting this behavior. I am extremely agitated and upset with this entire situation.

The food was hot and fresh, but overcooked. The chicken was like eating beef jerky. Everything else was good though

Came through the drive thru, the girl on the speaker was very annoyed that we even came in and appeared to hate her Jon once we got to the window. My husband tried to order fish, and we were told there was over a 10 min wait for fish. It doesn't take 10 min to fry fish unless it's burnt. Not sure we will return.

I've been here like 5 times. Everytime the rolls are dry and almost burnt. Chicken is old and refried. Sucks.

These people don’t care about quality service. It’s more important to be on their phones with airbuds on and ignore orders instead of filling them. I had to ask what happened to my order twice. This isn’t the only time either. Took @ 25 minutes for my order of Family tenders. The food isn’t that great either! And they freaking forgot my rolls!

Some of the best customer service I've seen in years and you can tell they are under great management there as well.

I purchase 12 chicken strips with mac and cheese that's my side for the kiddos it came with dinner rolls that were utterly delicious. I made the rest of the sides at home. The next day I had some leftover chicken strips I dropped him off into a fine lunch salad. This can also be chopped on top of fettuccine, spaghetti. Finally they make wonderful raps with lettuce and ranch the next day! Order to mini fries and and heat and use for later

Whoever takes orders in the evening at the drive thru is rude. They rush you to order, I felt pushed out. Food is cold and their attitudes suck. Not returning.

Years after making the original review, I hate to say that the place went on a downward spiral. Prices for everything on the menu have went up. Quality of the food has went down and they charge you $. 42 for a half-filled tiny cup of sauce when other places charge you $. 25 for more than what this place gives you. At this point, giving this place my business feels wasted and used to go here just about every week! I hope they can turn it around.

So we walked to place a To-go order and the young lady at the register just stood there looking at us, no greeting, no how can I help you…. Awkward right? Anyway, I love the tenders and the bread so we order. The food was good and fresh. I love the fact that the jalapeño peppers are ALWAYS crisp/crunchy and never soggy/soft. The rolls never let me down and I’m not a big bread eater but their rolls are addictive. We also tried the mini funnel cakes…. Waste of money although a portion goes to local schools and teacher if I’m not most on the local part… Anyway the food was good the customer service, not so much….

Tasty.very tasty. The pairing of the wicked wings with the warm buttered dinner roll and dirty rice is a winner. The wings are crispy with a nice spicy bite. The wicked is a deal changer.deal maker.this could propel Golden Chick into the lead for wings.

Tiny tenders, most of them were half hard crunchy batter. The gravy was the lumpiest gravy I have ever had. Maybe if the employees were off their phones and focused on the quality of food it would be better. Can't believe I paid $17 for garbage. Highly dissatisfied with this golden chick.

This location gets 5 stars based primarily on the manager. After a customer complained about his meal, the manager handled the situation with compassion and kindness. I mentioned it to him later and complimented him on how he handled the situation. His response was that "Life is too short to worry about stuff like that, and at the end of the day, my job is 90% customer service. "

Expensive 7pc at almost 18 dollars. This place also upcharges 3.5% for charge or debit cards.

It was our first time here, we order chinchen tenders meal and catfish it was all delicious, and the service was excellent.
A very clean and organized place, the only thing I did not like was that the bathroom light didn't work.

I live right around the corner from this Golden Chick, and it is terrible! Terrible service, and besides that they take forever and my food was cold! I would rather drive to a further location. The customer service is also horrible.

Ordered online for pickup and it said my order was completed but the store was closed and I wasn't able to get a refund
