Jasmine the receptionist who answers the call is very rude and condescending. I requested for a service and my appointment was made between 8am-5pm. Mind you, i specifically said I am only available until 3pm. She called me at 4pm telling me they cant come because they are fully booked today. Like what is my appointment for? Nobody even gave me an update the whole day I was waiting. Atleast just a courtesy to their customer. He apology was fake and you can hear from her voice that she don't care about their customer. If I have a choice I wouldn't even want to deal with them anymore!
House was warm early morn, Robert with Golden Rule came out in a timely manner identified the problem and made the repair he then checked out the entire system. Robert was very pleasant and professional, something I appreciate
