After a HORRIBLE experience dealing with Rockwall Ford and CarMax I took my vehicle to Graham. Graham and Matt were able to do in one day what Ford and CarMax could not do since March.

Graham and associates took great care and advised me on immediate repairs and suggested maintenance. Graham talks to you as an partner and patiently gives details in order to make the best decisions.

I took my car in on Tuesday to get my steering suspension rack and pinion, power steering pump, oil change and alignment done and got it back by Friday. These guys do excellent work at a reasonable price. Also their customer service is A1. I'll be going back for all my auto repair work.

I trust all thee of my autos with them. I stopped taking my Genesis to the dealership. Ther'er customer service is outstanding and they explain your car issue (s) so that you understand.

My car window was rolling up slowly and I was sure that the motor needed replacing. Golden Rule checked it out and said it just needed some oil. They could easily have charged me for replacing the motor. But they didn’t charge me anything! If you are looking for an honest repair shop, this is the one!

Graham and Johnny are 2 of the most likeable and knowledgeable, good old country boyz. I've been bringing them my vehicles for the past 2 years and have not been disappointed. As the cost of maintaining vehicles is on the rise, I have seen a few ex-dealership patrons come into the shop and rebel against the over charging and up charging tactics of those big dealerships. Prices are fair and their local.

I had an appointment for 4 o’clock for an oil change and they started right on time and got me out quickly. The staff is very friendly and will engage in conversation throughout your wait. Management will review any recommendations, but will not be that pushy salesmen. I highly recommend going there for any of your needs. They are very trustworthy and will not give you the runaround. Call for an appointment because they are very busy.

I usually never leave reviews but when a company provides me with exceptional service and treats me with total professionalism from start to finish it deserves commendation. I had a battery replaced in my 2015 Dodge pickup. Not only did G. R.do everything promised from the beginning, they also adjusted the labor for an easier install. This company does truly practice the Golden Rule. Great job guys, we will bring all our vehicles to you for future services.
