Golden Tree Maintenance, Lewisville TX

We have been using Golden Tree for years (along with others in our family) and they are great. They are professional and easy to work with and do a quality job every time. Even when I had a minor miscommunication with them, they were quick to make it right. Customer service and quality work are alive and well. I highly recommend them.

They did a good job trimming my backyard tree back in March. Cost was about $425 pre-tax. I met with Chris for a quote to trim my neighbor’s branches that were hanging over pretty far onto my property. He told me it would be about $500 pre-tax! Wow! For a few branches. I got him to come down to $375 after explaining they trimmed my ENTIRE tree a few months ago for $425. Dishonest quoter if you ask me. I had another company come out for a quote and they quoted $325 pre-tax and I didn’t even have to haggle with them.

Had Chris come out and give and estimate to clean up the property (about 12 trees) and between the time of the estimate and the job day my neighbor butchered the Bradford Pear, left me with a half a tree because it was killing their grass.
Called Chris to ask him what to do and after sending pics he advised the worst had to happen, to take the tree.

The guys came the next day preformed all the work and then some. I had 2 small fruit trees not on the list to be done and they took it upon themselves to clean them up for us, this was very much appreciated considering the TX heat.

Also not to mention I talked to the other neighbor and he said that they were over on his side cleaning my trees up and he had a few limbs on the ground, they took them away as well.

Chris very professional and kind, ready to answer any questions I had.

Crew VERY thorough and have gone above and beyond for us.will call them next time!

Came out and safely made quick work of removing a large tree in our front yard that was over the house, people working were friendly, and are coming next week to grind the stump.
