Joseph is a great GM and very good to his customers! He is super friendly and helps whenever he can. Very professional staff and cleanliness as well. Overall a great gym for beginners and advanced people!

Good place to workout. Has plenty of machines, gets the job done well and has good management. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Gym has been great quality, healthy and stayed strong through the pandemic. Been holding it down since day 1. Wouldn’t go to any other gym in the Houston Area.

Came to try out this gym and the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Christina was very knowledgeable and Darius was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be joining!

So, today I went to check out Gold's. Let me start off by saying, I didn't feel welcomed when I walked in the door. Abigail was Kool and helpful until she invited some guy name Hans that's when I didn't want to be there, his criticism on another gym that I was a member of was lame. Fitness Connection maybe cheaper by the month for (2) people once a month than for (1) person twice a month w/Gold's. But, my other half says she gonna still try them out. But, the atmosphere was not welcoming at all.

They Sucked my little brother into a "contract" when he specifically asked for MONTH-MONTH. When he called the # on the card that was given, he was informed that he had indeed a contract and the only way he could cancel was through one of their 3 reasons. They don't take care of their members here.

They charge your card biweekly? No other gym charges you twice a month. Why are all the TV's on Fox news? I'm there to workout, it's annoying to look up and see Fox news defending every dumb thing Trump says. Keep politics out of the gym please, put music videos or something positive!

I have been to many gyms and I am thoroughly unimpressed, in fact, dissatisfied with this gym.
1. IT IS NOT 24 hours no matter what they tell you. I signed up because I was told it is 24/7 for members.
2. It’s crowded at peak times due to the broken machines.
3.too many class rooms not enough space in the main gym

No I would not recommend this location due primarily to the hours.

Money hungry, too small and trainers do are very tough even if you make it known to them that you are a beginner

I went in with a free pass to view /try out machines the gym etc.several treadmills didn't work and they had 4 stairmasters only 2 of them worked. It was a horrible experiance. I wasnt impressed at all.

Not a fan of their weekend hours. Custodial staff can be compared to Buckees! Place is always clean.

For whatever reason, the TVs never work in this gym (and it has been that way for almost a year). The music selection can also range from R&B to soft rock which is a bit strange for a workout environment. Any time I ask about either of these items, the response is always that they have no control over it. I find this very hard to believe.

They said is month to month, but still require a 60 days notice and a certified letter of cancellation mailed. It takes additional time going to post office and stand in line, as well as additional money for certified letter.

The only complaint I have is the kids center. They are always at full capacity. They need to hire more people as it’s really an inconvenience to drive to the gym ready to work out and the kids center is at full capacity. It happens too frequently.

Machines were always broken. I moved, so I cancelled my membership but noticed that I was still getting charged. I’ve tried calling the gym and was told the manager would call me back. The manager never called. I’m still trying to get in contact with them. I’ve been calling all morning and no one answers, but the gym is open. Horrible customer service and mediocre machines.

I hate the outside parking lot. The gym on the other hand is clean and the upkeep on the equipment is not bad at all. I do feel safe when I come.

On god I went in to the gym on a Wednesday at 11 pm and the front counter person that’s supposed to be greeting people was too busy snoring to greet anybody Can’t believe he was as sleep lol

If I could give negative stars I would. The manager takes no responsibility for the lack of training provided to his employees. His front desk works will lie about the cancellation policy. When you call and cancel they will tell you to call the day your plan is up to cancel and when you do they say you need a 30 day notice so you are stuck paying for an extra month. They are a scam.

I have been a member at this gym for two years. I highly recommend it for anyone who weight lifts. The equipment has been replaced when damaged and is relatively new. The staff are friendly and it never becomes overly crowded.

Find a better gym that doesn’t pressure you with personal trainers everyday you walk in. Hours are not suitable and it’s just not a gym you want to waste your money on.
