8 If you know your sizes on anything just order online it's cheaper.
The system was down when I made my purchase I was sent a text but no info ever showed when I went back in the guy really could not say much other than wait for it to show on my account.
They do not do refunds only in-store credit.
Gomez boot ranch is not the place to do good business.

Carlos was an excellent sales person as well as his team. He made sure our boots fit perfectly and that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We even got a pair of boots for a son in law and may not be able to bring them back until a couple of months if they didn't fit. Our 5th pair of boots from these awesome folks.
I am so glad I wandered into Gomez Western Wear! The man who helped me was so kind. They did not treat me differently because I was a young woman not familiar with western wear. I came in for a cowboy hat & their selection is beautiful! It has a comfortable band on the inside which makes the hat so great to wear even though it’s brand new. I left with a hat I am obsessed with, cannot wait to wear it for years to come. Shop local! So much better than Cavender’s where they were very unhelpful.
Service was great and I guess what seems to be owners are very kind, HOWEVER, once my 10 year old found the boots she wanted (which the lady told me one price at beginning) and when it was time to ring up was more, that because it was on other side of rack. Shouldn't have said one thing then do another.
