Gonzaba Medical Group - Southeast Clinic, San Antonio TX

Celina and Alma were great, very professional, kind and I felt they genuinely cared about me.

Gonzaba Urgent Care on website says they take Humana but I went there and they said I would have to switch to a Gonzaba affiliated doctor to be seen.what? Is this a new policy? The front desk staff was not very helpful or caring at all. I was very sick and rather than to have to hunt down another urgent care I paid $125 out of pocket to be seen there. In hindsight I could have just gone for this price to emergency room.

Love my doctor, she is awesome and the care she provides is awesome. She listens to you gives her point of view and provides the care u need.

Dr Pacheco was very attentive and did not rush through my appointment.

I am assisting my Mother, in her receipt of services and there is nothing negative to convey about the care received from the Doctor.

I had an early appointment. Wish this office location was more accessible in scheduling appointments because it's only 2 miles away from my home compared to the other locations' distances.

They pay for all the good reviews or bribe staff to write them in exchange to leave early to go get their children or to deal with an emergency. If you have a legit emergency as a staff the manager makes you write a review per her words just so you can deal with something like a death in the family. Awful to their staff worst place I've ever been for work
