Gonzaba Urgent Care - Northwest Medical Center reviews
14Excellent customer service the Doctor, nurse, and receptionist were very friendly I will definitely recommend the Gonzaba Clinic to my friends & family.
Overall experience is always great and consistent. They are very comforting and have excellent service. And have customer advocates that will help with anything needed
The whole team was amazing. They listen to me. The doctor gave me what I needed. I appreciate the patience. Thank you so much.
They were efficient in the way they took care of the needs of both my son and I. I appreciate it.
Check-in was easy and quick. Doctor was very nice. My blood pressure was really low, but they never checked it after check-in or before I left I was concerned about that
Gonzaba medical group is doing outstanding job with my care and will definitely keep going back

Culebra Office: Gonzaba Urgent Care! Very compassionate group of caregivers. This is my go to office when my Rheumatologists can't See me or anytime I'm sick.
NP Wilome n NP Moore are fabulous! They're very compassionate n patient individuals, very empathetic to their patients needs. Love them both. God bless them!
This IS by FAR the BEST place to go for Any of your Health Issues! Felt so Blessed - Thank You!
Good service at Urgent care. I was told up-front that there was a 1.5 hour wait. Which didn't surprise me. Nurses and PA listened to my pain & explained treatment plan.
This is my 'Go To' place if I want to get seen in under 2 hours. It may have been 15 minutes total for my wait. Awesome
First let me start by saying called gonzaba when they opened and mentioned to urgent care staff that I was having a hard time breathing and eventually call hung up because phone had 7% battery and I told female employee on the phone and she put me on hold and asked questions about symptoms. I'm sure she was doing her job but hello I couldn't breath normal and had 2 % battery now and asked for ride to urgent care from gonzaba. I had to walk 15 mins to charge phone at library and 2 hours later gonzaba calls me back. 2 hours and they call my family saying they were sending police for remark I said.the police were dispatched 4 hours later and guess what gonzaba pcp staff never called me again.apparently my pcp wasn't to concerned.makes me wonder. I did
call back and was all together on hold for 42 minutes.finally i get in to see urgent care but after one social worker let me down because while I'm telling her my condition I heard her telling someone "that's what I have in my garage" nothing to do with my call.yolanda calls me and in about 5 mins I'm picked up by uber health only to be left sitting in lobby for couple minutes. And that's because hours before I called 911 and they refused to help me.now the visit with the NP in urgent care.he tells me I sound terrible and I get steroid shot and 3 breathing treatments and he mentioned if he can't get me feeling better there that I would be transported to a hospital for care. Lucky me he was awesome and dedicated to his job. I felt better and I went home but look at what I went through before I got to see NP.gonzaba needs to step it up and do a better job. Only yolanda social worker took me serious. I hate to say this but como Familia means nothing to me. I must mention also that 6 months ago I mentioned to about 6 employees that toilet in 1 restroom was loose and as of this visit that toilet is still loose.gonzaba healthcare is slacking and I'm 100% sure that Dr (s) Gonzaba doesn't know any of this but he still the primary responsible person. I just hope nobody gets hurt. I might sound like a winer but it's only because most patients are elderly and alot of elderly patients can't speak up for themselves
