Gonzalez Tile, Pharr TX

Yvonne provided excellent service! I couldn’t find Bostik grout in Northern California. So I went to the internet and found Gonzalez Tile. I randomly chose the Pharr store. Yvonne confirmed that they had the product I was looking for and sent me a quote. I approved and paid. The product was priced affordable and so was the shipping. She also gave me advice on flooring sublayer given my situation. We spoke twice through the process. My bill was only~ $40. I was treated, however, as a loyal customer who was spending thousands. Bad experience overall. I was sold a tile that was defective in every way. Some tiles were stained, others were short & long and cracks everywhere. They wanted to charge us an restocking fee to return the tile. Please ask about quality, in stock & pricing. I also found out later that other competitors had lower prices.

The attendant (lady) was perfect explaining every doubt!
The tile price is cheap and has a great quality.
I really recommended this place!
