Sam Nasr recently acted as an intermediary to help my friend sell her house. He initially went to her home and thoroughly discussed the process with her and, most importantly, pointed out some pitfalls to avoid. Sam gave sound advice and also helped her secure the house until an investor could be found. He walked my friend through the entire process and attended the closing with her.
