Horrible dentist. 6 months ago, I took my 5 year old in for a routine cleaning and was told by not only the dentist but also several nurses that my child had 6 cavities that weren’t there 6 months ago. I was quoted a $3000 bill after insurance which covered the cost to fill and cap all 6 teeth and all whilst under general anesthesia. I sat with the nurses AND the dentist as they showed me her X-rays and pointed at the individual cavities. Due to some serious medical happening since then, and the fact that my daughter wasn’t having any discomfort, we decided to save up for the procedure and get them done this fall.

Fast forward to today, we go in for her cleaning and are told that she only has 2 cavities and the bill would be $422. I questioned the dentist as to how my daughters other 4 cavities seemed to disappear and all he could do was stumble his words, and blame it on the charting, claiming that it was just two cavities but they entered them 3 x each explaining the 6 cavities that are no long there.

I asked the front desk staff for a copy of the quote they had me sign last visit and the 6 teeth I was quoted on last visit are completely different teeth than the 2 he’s quoting me for today. So in reality, he told us she had 6 cavities that disappeared 6 months later but showed up somewhere else? No thank you. We will be going to a different dentist who knows what he’s looking at and doesn’t mix up patient charts.

This place is absolute trash. I had the -not so much pleasure- of getting acknowledged by the district manager, Eviselia or Edidelia, some ridiculous name like that. What a piece of work. She was a complete jerk, chomping on gum like trailer trash, and didn’t help me at all. Completely rude, condescending, and worthless. She also treated her staff like she was so much better than them. If that’s how the manager behaves in a business, there is no way I am spending any time or money there. I don’t even want to imagine the rest of the staff’s attitude if it starts from the top. I walked out and never looked back, just like the staff should.

I've been to better places.
The reception was pretty great and got my paperwork done quick
The orthodontists were quite fast too but that's not always a good thing. My cavity procedure was pretty cut and dry with them bringing me to a room and numbing me and getting my procedure done in about 30-40 minutes (the wait was probably longer then the process itself) but what surprised me the most was that I had a cleaning the day before where they found it during the cleaning and not the x-ray and after they finished my cavity I took another x-ray and they said they found 3 more so I thought to myself how they missed 3 other cavities when they already took 2 complete scannings of my mouth and a partial one to find the others. All that said it's a decent place but they won't explain much unless you directly ask

Edit: also tell em if anything feels weird in your mouth after a filling I could have left with a sharp edge on my tooth if I didn't say anything

I called this office on a Wed morning to get my daughter scheduled due to breaking a tooth, I was told that she could come in on Thurs morning at 8 cause the dr would use laughing gas while treating her due to her age… Got to the appointment the next day sat there for about 15 min then called to the back for consult. This is when I was told that he would not treat her based on notes from a different location. I clarified what took place at the other location and he still refused but said he would examine her. The staff at the front was very kind however my daughter left with no work done for 2 days in a row when he could have had someone call on Wed and let me know he wouldn’t do the work. Wasted my time and gas and daughter is still in pain.

This is not the place to go they will mess up your account you will sit here all day/ kids run around as if it’s a day care. I received my orthodontist work done here no problem so I figured I would get my cleaning should have known better.

I took my twin daughters there for their regular teeth cleaning - without consulting me they have conducted 6 sealants on one girl and 7 on the other and have sent me a bill for $1,200 - the insurance refuses to pay since these teeth are not covered… be careful…

Had braces when covid started had to remove them myself because I wasn’t considered an “emergency” people quit picking up the phone and I had nowhere to go.

Update went in to see what could be done about a couple gaps and they sent me home with a new estimate. Nothing off just like going in like a brand new patient.

Zero stars would not recommend. Love the people but equipment is outdated rendering lots of missed care. I went for a cleaning and was told everything was great. Two weeks later had some pain and swelling, went to another dentist to find out I needed an extraction and things weren’t “great”. The tooth could’ve been saved if the damage was caught on the FIRST exam at Goodland. If you want things done right the first time, choose another dentist.

Do Not take your children here for Braces or Dental care! One of the worst dentist offices in Longview and Tyler! Horrible customer service with rude office staff. Their orthodontic department is a joke. Horrible experience over all with their orthodontic department for my child. Save yourself time and money. Go somewhere else where you can receive good quality dental care.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. My son came in for a cleaning and they took him back for treatment. He is 15 so he is capable of going back by himself to get a cleaning. After he told them he was there for a cleaing and that they had not checked his teeth to see any worked needed to be done they STILL gave him laughing gas and numbed his mouth. 2 kids with them same name and they didnt check the charts or listen to what my child was saying to make sure they had the right kid. The Dentist didnt even come and applogize or tell me that they had numbed his mouth, just sent him back to the front after finally realizing he had the wrong kid just to wait for the acctual service that he came for. The front staff just went about it as a simple mistake and brushed it off. Still no word from the corporate office either, I guess thats how things are handled NEVER COMING BACK

My preschooler went in for a first visit and it was rough. The wait was 1 hour, even though we arrived 10 mn early with all the paperwork completed. The front desk staff were a little short through the insurance process. I was surprised when we went back to learn that there is no privacy.just one bed after the next. My child was quite nervous when seeing what was happening with adults, and it reminded me that there really needs to be a separate area for kids. Think superhero wall decals, colorful posters, etc. Dentistry is a very invasive and anxiety-provoking service that deserves some forethought. For example, I would have liked to see the staff introduce themselves and make more of an effort to put the children at ease. I was surprised when the staff didn't even clean my child's teeth. I cleaned my child's teeth. I will be looking for other providers.
