This was a little different experience for me with Goodson Acura. My usual contact person is no longer with Goodson. I purchased my car several years ago from them and customer service has been excellent in the past. Today things were a little off. I waited in my car for a little while before I was spotted by Zach who took very good care of me.

Goodson Acura Service is top notch. I have been going there for over 10 years and they are always excellent. They get the job done as promised, on time and very friendly.

Service is great! They made sure I was well taken care of and have my vehicle serviced within an hour. The only constructive critique is that i didn’t receive my callback to bring my vehicle in for service. But other than that awesome work!

Staff onsite was easy to work with. Dropped off my vehicle, even though my home was close to 20 miles away. I was hoping the interior clean was perfect the first time around, but they took the vehicle back without any complaints or issues and cleaned it a second time when I requested it. In my book, thats good customer service - hw you go about fixing things when things don’t go right the first time around.

Really great service. Damion Palasota was simply amazing. Great conversation and knowledgeable. Even though we were unable to make a deal work out we didn't feel any less of a person or pressure/ manipulation. 100% recommend based upon service provided by Damion

The customer service was excellent! One of the reps went out of his way to make sure my car was serviced in a timely manner and that the price was cost efficient.

I went in to Goodson Acura to trade in my MDX for a new lease. I was pressed for time and stressed about the fear of having to play "the numbers game". I met with Ed and told him exactly what I wanted in terms of vehicle, amenities, and price. Ed and the team not only produced exactly what I needed with no hassle or pressure, but they had me through financing and in my new car with plenty of time. I highly recommend working with Ed in sales and Andrew in financing. Wonderful experience!

I am extremely happy with my service advisor, Dane Uter. He listens to my concerns and helps me to evaluate the needs of my car. Dane is a true ambassador for both the customer and the service depart. By his communication and attention to detail Dane makes the customer feel a valued part of the dealership. His efforts make my drive across town for service worthwhile.

Took my car in for a battery change. Service was quick, Chance Simpson was super nice and informative. My car was also washed and cleaned upon return. Amazing!

I called the dealership first thing this morning when my Acura was broke down at QT and spoke with Robby and he was very kind and helpful. When I arrived at the dealership everyone there was very courteous and kind. First time coming here however I spoke with my husband and Goodson Acura will be our new Acura Dealership from this day forward.today started out bad but thanks to Goodson Acura and Robby my day changed for the better. Thank you Robby Robertson for making my day a whole lot better.

Just bought a certified Acura yesterday. Was in and out in no time. The great thing I liked is the sales and the finance staff weren’t pushy at all. Also it’s in a upscale neighborhood so the quality standards of preowned vehicles are higher.

Goodson's service was great. I arrived in a tow truck shortly after they had closed but they were very helpful and professional. Goodson diagnosed the problem and gave me what Ineeded to get back on the road.

Always a great experience. Staff is very friendly, quick to get you in and out for oil changes, and I feel they really listen to concerns.

Don't do it.you will regret this. My ILX was driven off the lot on April 28th and I have had nothing but problems. This is my first Acura and will be my last!

Excellent service, helpful, friendly staff who even let me bring my lab in the waiting room while the car was serviced. One of the guys even brought my pup a bone! Very thorough, great attention to detail and amazing overall service. Bring your car here and you won't be disappointed!

We had a positive experience buying a 2019 RDX at Goodson Acura. The sales people were knowledgeable and helpful. There was no high pressure. The closing process was efficient and didn’t take too long.

Salesman was awesome but there is nothing worse than the guy behind the curtain wanting to play games with the numbers and was out right insulting.
