They've changed it a lot took out the changing rooms. Leave it up to one weirdo to come in and change everything. Oak Hill good will is better

This is the most expensive thrift store I’ve ever been in. $5.49 for give away beer glasses. Everything was ridiculously priced. This place is dead to me.

New: Changing rooms no longer available. Goodwill itself is open again. Fewer books and things, and more clothing seems to have been the change. New shelving etc. Still a great place overall and more resourceful than the boogie goodwill just up the 620 imo.
Old: Closed until March 24th. Great place tho.

Clean but they DO NOT do returns! The lady in the store said they would but then I got there and they told me they only do in-store credit. I wish the communication was a little more clear.

1. Unloading one car at a time takes way too long. Sat in line for 35 minutes before I could unload.
2. Dude helping unload did nothing by complain the whole time b/c he wanted to be at home watching football. He even told me that he doesn’t understand why anyone drops offf on Sunday and that I should be at home watching football. LOL

Very clean store. I do miss the old floor layout. Definitely a great GW if you're looking for a wide selection in women's clothing. Unfortunately there's not a large selection of men's clothes anymore.

Its a small store but the employees have a big heart. I like the way it is organized. Yo can find some good deals on golf and tennis gear.

We are not from this area but it’s a must stop when we are heading home. Clean, great quality merchandise, and really nice employees.

One of the best goodwill's in Austin. Very clean store with great merchandise but the manager Kurt is the one that makes it all happen. He is always friendly and easy to talk.

Did they get a new manager? The prices today were compared to my previous visits. Used lamps- $40 each, used picture print- $90, Used Printer $75, glass pitcher-$30, well-used cat tree- $40 (and these items were not top tier/ quality or "like new").

People can go to Walmart, Marshall's and Amazon and pay less. Wasted trip. So disappointed.

I understand there is a mission. But people go to Goodwill to save money. Especially in our current state of economy. Otherwise, they can just donate directly AND get a write-off and shop someplace less expensive. There won't be much money towards Goodwill's endeavors if others are going buy new, instead of purchasing at Goodwill, due to pricing. Sometimes its best to look at the "big picture" to make the machine work. Not gouge and run off steady and loyal customers (like myself). And frankly, even an employee commented to me about the new changes. So.my guess is, from the conversation, they're getting push-back from other customers. Not just myself.

Would you rather have people flooding your store with great prices, or less foot traffic/ sales due to high pricing? What is best for those you want to help?

Large store with lots of clothing for women and men to offer. It should be mentioned that there are few pieces of medium and small pants, there is a great variety in large and XL sizes.
Also see household items, golf clubs, suitcases, tableware, men's and women's shoes, cleaning supplies, etc.
The establishment has cameras on the upper part and a fire water system.
The checkout area can sometimes become saturated due to the presence of a person.
