Goodwill Central Texas - Pflugerville

Good place to get the virus. People sitting by front door, no masks. Multiple people inside, no masks or masks below their noses, kids, no masks.

Location was clean. Easy access. I feel like the prices are higher than most I've been to. Currently the dressing rooms are closed.

I have picked up a bunch of bargains in the past, and the drop-off service is great. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I saw that goodwill was open on maps but when I went to the store it was closed, at least change it so it says yall are closed so others don't go for nothing

This was a very clean store. I really liked how organized the store was. The staff was nice too!

Dropped off all sorts of Furniture and they helped out, took cardboard boxes for recycle and gave a receipt for it all for taxes.

Smelled great in the store. Super clean & friendly people. Good quality stuff. I will shop there again.

Never can understand how someone, organization, etc donates items and then it's SOLD at an overpriced amount! I know the business is a business, but DAMN!

Amazing friendly staff! We were kicked out of a different goodwill Because of our pet monkey she wasn’t even doing anything she was in her stroller. We were timid on coming into this Goodwill from our past experience from the other goodwill until we were checking out.it was the most pleasant Experience and the manager said it right we are putting smiles on peoples faces everywhere we go.we will definitely be back

I will not be going back. How can you be called Goodwill and charge twice as much as Walmart for the exact same thing. Only difference is yours is used

Great selection of clothes, found a couple brand new shirts for 5 dollars apiece. The have a lot of books and movies too.

Great prices and great service. Potent smell of cleaners.which is better than other smells I suppose. But it was great. Will definitely come here again.

Bought an office chair that he a crack. The supervisor told me to put a super clue it will go away. As soon sat on it, it craked. Took it back but they refused to even to issue a store credit.a bad experience, bad place to shop. They only care about money.

Over priced for good will. Most items were barely $10 under their brand new price. The store is mostly clothes. The bidding section you can't even get close to the items without a cashier asking you to stand behind the "counter" making it too hard to even judge what you're looking at.

Over priced for goodwill. Not very big not a great selection compared to other Goodwill stores. I tried asking for help from a supposed "supervisor" an he left me to have backroom talk with one of his buddy's. Also the floor is a complete mess to shop through, I see employees accumulate items stacked onto each other poorly. Sad thing is this goodwill used to be good but the quality of the floor an items went down these past months.

Very clean helpful supervisor, I believe his name was Chris. He went out of his way to answer questions and just a kind young man. I would go back.
