Goodwill Store and Donation Station, San Antonio TX

Sunday, 7/19/20, I stopped by to drop off a few donation items. It took over 20 minutes to drop off the items. The person working at the donation area was delaying donors because he wanted every sorted out in different bins. I witnessed donors having to segregate items while the attendant stood around. Would it be possible to open both donation lanes and allow donors to drop off items quickly?

Favorite Goodwill. I like this Goodwill because it's clean, items and clothing are thoughtfully arranged and the staff are friendly.

I frequent several Goodwil stores in the area and the pricing at this store is higher than others for some items. As for all second hand clothing, it is the up to the buyer to check over everything they intend to buy. Bargains are there depending on what you're looking for. Everyone has a bad day sometimes, you never know what they have had to deal with. Usually not the place to shop if you're in a hurry.

My second least favorite location. Have been here several times where I left without buying anything. Lots of dated items. Sometimes the prices are too high.

One of the best for clothing.housewares, games, purses, and misc. Boutique is great. Furniture is pricey but hihh-end and still half of salvation army prices.

Huge selection of clothing, accessories, and electronics. Friendly staff was very helpful. Parking lot is kinda small for such a big store.

The parking lot is a huge pain in the rear but the store itself is relatively perfect. It is laid out well and seems to be kept up, I found some awesome things for myself and the kids and I plan to go back!

One of the better stores in San Antonio. A little higher priced for some things, but compared to the Goodwill stores I used to go to when I lived in Phoenix, all SA Goodwill stores are a bit pricey. Still, good stuff here and your money serves a good cause!

Love this location. Its my FIRST CHOICE or if several favorite locations. They keep it so NICE like an actual department store. And I ALWAYS find the BEST things there!

Too much old stuff been there to long should be reduce to clear out overpriced. Not able to distinguish sizes on clothing by size have to look at each one of them to identify sizes. Very cluttered and disorganized. Though something's were a good deal others overpriced (retail price or just about). That seems to be the pattern at mostly all goodwill.

Well my mom said this was one of the top rated Goodwills in San Antonio. I didn't believe her, because we'll frankly who's going around rating Goodwills. Boy was I wrong, this is one of the cleanest Goodwills I have ever been in. Plus the staff was very friendly. I was able to snag this beauty for a great price too.

I found really good stuff but i had put a radio/alarm in my cart andi turned around just for a few mins and it was gone i looked around asking but no it was gone otherwise this store is great just don't take your eyes off your cart or something might be gone, aka ''disappear"

Absolutely love the low price on toys WISH the frying pans and other cookware were cheaper (trying to make a home center @ work) ugh and the throw pillows (way too pricey!)

Not good. I've shopped at good will for 10 years I know most of the ladies there and today I had to show I'D. I held the line up to show it. Did appreciate it. Bulverde & 1604 in S. A. TX. (Military ID.) NOT HAPPY!

This place is awesome! The clothes could be confusing because they're organized really weird, but they are top quality clothes. Super cheap and 50% off certain colors depending on the day.

Most of my visits to this Goodwill result in a reasonable find. You have to be willing to take the time to look. Today I found a decoration for the house. Yay!

A lot of stuff is overpriced and you can do better on Craigslist for being a goodwill I don't see how people with Lil to no money can shop here

I thought goodwill was there to have cheaper items and not leave the original price tag on and then price it higher. Might as well go to Walmart and buy this at full price!

Clean inside & outside. Plenty parking. Access to forsale items nicely planned out. Polite employees, and checkout time adequate as well!
