Goodwill Store & Donation Station, San Antonio TX

Five stars this Goodwill! I’ve been shopping here for years and never had a problem and always found good stuff. Thanks to those three beautiful ladies at the counter for making my night with a fun conversation, and for selling me a Star Wars model for $9.99 instead of $99.99

Prices have gone up but that's everywhere.
I have begun to notice the white tags. They have no day of discount for this color and they have also began a section for things that are brand new with black tags I believe. It's hard to find anything for a dollar nowadays

Got my Halloween costume here for a fraction of the cost that it would of cost me elsewhere.

Terrible customer service at this location. "Security" on Duty claimed to be named "RIGHT HERE PRADO" is a dirty piece of trash Security guard. They need to remove him from his duties. Or we will PROTEST. He even told me I had a nice butt when he made contact with me. REMOVE PRADO OR WE PROTEST.

Store is so over priced for a Goodwill used to Love this store but will have to rethink my thrift store shopping

The Employees are so nice and welcoming the prices are great cashiers are very polite especially Jacklyn she's so sweet and helpful
Sierra, Priscilla, Dee Dee and Brianna do an outstanding job at running the store the Donation guys work so hard i would so recommend this store to anyone

I have been going here to find quick pieces for costume ideas and hunting for low priced items for years now. The staff is always friendly and will assist you in finding items if needed. They are constantly putting out items and working really hard to add items to the floor. The location is always clean and organized and I am able to navigate through the store easily. If buying large items the staff will run you through the proper process of making the purchase and pick up. The restrooms are located in front of the store on the right side when you enter.

I’ve been coming to goodwill for a good while and omg the service today was horrible.they price stuff so high. I might as well get it new. I was wanting to buy this BLOUSE and the stupid cashier said it was a dress… like really I told her this is not a dress.she was “oh it’s just short.they want to sell things as if they are new.geeze this location service is not friendly.she was like “oh we can’t change the price once it’s been tagged.then when you bring it to their attention they look at you like their stupid. THIS IS NOT A DRESS

I always shop at this location because I find shoes and gym clothes still in great shape. Also dress that I love wearing at home. Great customer service and cashier was very friendly and lots of smiles.

I went to Goodwill to find me some capris cause Target nor Walmart had any. Found some but not in my size. So I started walking away disappointed, when I passed s rack that had some. There were 4prs, each my size. The colors were not what I was use to. Brite orange, red, white, and khaki. I'm 64 and thought, what the heck, live a little! I tried them on & surprise! They fit me perfectly! A lesson learned! Don't give up, the Lord always comes through! Oh, and the checker even sold them to me half off!

Some nice things sometimes. Staff not very polite. Kind of wish the store was a bit cleaner.

Had a rude encounter with a security guard parked in back while trying to drop off a bag of used clothing. There was no need for him to be rude. They get free donations then charge high prices anyway. I guess he thought we were going to steal so we pointed to the huge bag of clothing in the back seat. We went to the drop off near 151 instead.

I couldn't look at the furniture most of the customers wear sitting on them wating for the carts of stuff to come out and when they did come out they would push u out the way to grab everything and the employees don't say a thing they just let it go on like it's nuthing and then the customers go back to sitting down

I love thrifting. My sons are also getting the hang of it and enjoy searching from gently used items. We love the variety of books here!
We frequently visit here and the staff is always friendly and greet you even if they're busy.

THEY RACE THE PRICE SO MUCH AFTER THE PANDEMIC, U CANT FIND NO EVEN NOTHING FOR 1DOLLAR, AND EVERYTHING IS DONATIONS, EVERYTHING NOW IS OVER 5.29, WHEN U GO TO THE MALL YOU CAN EVEN FIND CLOTHES FOR 3,4 AND 5.00 BUT THEY NEW
