These Gentlemen were very upfront & Honest. Went above and beyond to help me. Would recommend them to everyone!

I went to get my oil change. I was quoted a price of 19.99 plus services, tax of 26.17. When I recieved my car it was 32.47. I asked him why it jumped to that, he immediately got an attitude and let me know he's been in the busy 21 yrs. I calmly told him I as well had been in customer service for over 20 yrs and I know you don't do anything extra without a customer consent and letting know cost. To get an attitude is unacceptable and un professional. Now a few more dollars isn't much, but it's my money and I have the right to inquire about cost. I will not be doing business with them again!

I've been coming to this Goodyear for over a decade now. They always do outstanding work and are very friendly to their customers. I will drive past several other Goodyear and Automotive Repair Shops to come to this one, they're service is just that good.

Brad and Nick were great at explaining everything! Awesome customer service and will return for all of my auto needs. A1 rating from me and this was my second visit for unrelated issues. Brad always answers all of my questions about my Malibu. This location gets the job done right the first time! Nick even fixed an issue with my wire connections from a previous auto repair from another nonaffiliated auto shop. Thanks guys!

Extensive work done on an older model sedan. Repaired and replaced parts. Car operating smoothly without problems. Service Manager is a responsible and reliable person. Mechanic is knowledgeable and does good work.

I was riding by and saw Goodyear and got so excited. I stop by this location for a tire rotation and ended up getting an oil change. They were so Friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

They guy was upset because I used a Groupon oil change coupon and then made a statement saying “You got the cheap one” I replied “I got what I could afford. ” I will not be going back there. I’m going back to Midas Cinco ranch

Be VERY careful! Brad (front desk) is a con artist and will over charge you. If you just HAVE to use this shop, I really suggest that you either bring someone familiar with cars, or be sure to get a second opinion! This man has no problem taking advantage of his customers. Save your self time AND money by avoiding this shop!

Brad and Julie were absolutely amazing! Great customer service, friendly, clean environment, professional and great service overall! Answered all my questions. My oil change was finished within 30 minutes! I highly recommend Goodyear- Quick Wrench! Thank you guys! I’ll definitely be returning!

Brian is awesome! Jumped through hoops to get my warranty to cover $6k worth of repairs. And I had my car back within a week.

Brad was super helpful and had an amazing attitude. My bosses car was taken care of, and he was pleased.

Stopped by bc dashboard signaling for oil change and was able to get it done with little to no wait time. They even applied coupon which was awesome! Great customer service! Definitely stop by here if you want to get taken care of.

Very honest and affordable. Did not try to upsell us. We were presented with a long list of repairs from Toyota, but the techs here gave best advice. Will be switching for good!
