Goodyear Auto Service, Houston TX

Went in for oil change. Scheduled appointment arrived on time. Took over an hour and antifreeze wasnt topped off like representative informed me it would be. Drove out of town and car over heated almost blew my engine. I will never go back to this location. Called manager hes awful got defensive and asked me to take the vehicle to another good year to inspect. Why would I do that took it to a different mechanic. Afterward called corporate very nice over the phone told me e they would call back never did.

Newman is AWESOME. ALWAYS so so so helpful, considering I know nothing about cars. The rest of the guys are great and very friendly. Nice amenities to keep you busy while you wait. Highly recommend

Patched my tire right! Over a month, and it has lost no pressure. I had to get tires patched plenty of times in the past, and usually I end up with some kind of slow leak.

I absolutely love this store and Goodyear Tires. My shopping experience was perfect. I'd come back when I need more tires.

Norman was great! The entire team was great. I had a roadside warranty from a different Goodyear store in a different state. They were able to work with me and call the other state location to aquire the invoice so I wouldn't be charged for the entire tire, and only charged the $20 for the warranty as my price to replace my tire

Amazing service with a wealth of knowledge that they are willing to share. I would be willing to to drive up here from my hometown just to have my vehicle serviced.

I've been going to this location for over 10 years. The men are very polite and respectful. The waiting area is clean and usually not too crowded on a weekday.

They did not have my size tire in stock so they got them from another store. I was called the next day and given an appointment for the same day. They gave an estimate of 1 hour to install 2 tires. My job was finished in 45 minutes. Thank you Tyrone and the whole crew at Goodyear.

This center is spoiling Goodyear's name. Avoid going to this service center because of rude manager & employees.

. Came here for oil change and for tire rotation. Only reason I came to the this place was for the rotation. They did not rotate my tires. They also put wrong coolant.

Worst place ever! If you have a tire problem, and you don't buy new tires from them, they will sabotage your tire with the problem making it worst! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM! HORRIBLE DISHONEST PEOPLE!

Good Service! I stopped in for a vehicle inspection, oil change, and wiper blades. The counter sales rep was very friendly and greeted me immediately when I entered the retail part of the center. He kept me abreast of everything going on with my car from start to finish. He even alerted me early in the process that I may, or may not, pass the inspection because of a couple of headlight bulbs that had burned out. The good news is - I passed inspection because they had in stock the replacement bulbs I needed - YEAH! With regards to my car needing a new pair of windshield wipers, I guess the inspection didn't reveal that because needing to buy new ones never came up in conversation again! Overall, I have no real complaints to report with the work that was done.

I am totally disgusted with this dealership. Service writer telling me that my Goodyear service performed in another state could not be honored at this dealership. When in doubt, why not call your manager to verify, right?
How dumb of me to believe them. I should have called corporate immediately. The head man of this facility should have called me to apologize himself. They cost me big money! Goodyear's good name is tarnished.

Went in with a flat tire repair, came out with a new issue, bad tire pressure sensor.

Will never give business to any of these chains.
