Had 9: 00am appointment on 7/02/2021 arrived at 8: 30 am waiting in the trucks waiting area until 9: 40am when they called me got to a dock around 10: 05am they took 6hrs to unload me if you a lot driver and CONTAINERS driver

They will count every pallet box one by one

Had 8am appointment, Checked in at 715am to the dock at 725am.receiver gal was super polite and went out of her way to help me with paying the lumper.through the app. Super service from start to finish.oh by the way.empty at 945am. 32 pallets!

Based on reviews I read I was expecting to be there a long time. 05: 00 appt checked in 04: 30 and was unloaded and bills in hand at 06: 45. Check in was seamless and quick. Must park in staging are and call to get door. Staging are is about. 8 mile past guard entrance.

They should hurry up the unloading process and have someone answering the phones to have drivers check in instead of making us drivers walk more then 50 yards to go check in and also they should go by the appointment the bol say not get unloaded 5 or 6 hours after the appointment ill try not to deliver to this place again

Love their products and service! Ana Varela (sales rep) is the best ask for her! Will call gets busy on Fridays but if you handle your business in your four walls you wont come here.

Decent place, like any other refrigeration warehouse, sometimes you get lucky and are out fairly quickly, and at other times you end up with longer wait times. It be great if they had a restroom for drivers, as far as the walk I don't mind it, most drivers can use the walk anyhow. Plenty of room to back with ease and overnight parking is a plus.

Rude guards, no driver restrooms, and they charge you to unload their products. Avoid at all costs.

Pretty fair ok on speed price is ok little different on way bills guard shack run but works ok rooms get doors but damage products and said were just make sure got correct products off guy out front either lier or doesn't know what going on so beware office won't tell ya either

Well I have to say there's plenty of space to park which war companies we're like that by understanding that not all companies have the ability to give us the space that we need to Park into docks at ease here at Gordon Foods very friendly quick nice

Bad driver always blocking traffic when unloading merchandise, he doesn't put an effort to not block traffic.
