I had a 10: 30 appointment, didn’t get done until after 12: 30, my car didn’t get washed afterwards. All I went in for was an oil change.

I made an appointment to get an alignment.i drove over an hour to come here.then i waited 3 hours for my car.finally, they tell me they aren’t even able to do an alignment on my car.i have a vw passat.i will not be bringing my car here again. I definitely do not recommend this place.

These guys always come through! My service was super quick and everyone was incredibly courteous!

Hannah and the staff are super friendly but they did not perform two of the services I specifically asked for on my vehicle - rotating the tires and checking the balance of the tires

They have excellent scheduling options, Customer Service Employees, great waiting area, complementary car wash, and the oil changes are completed accurately. My issue is with the two hour wait for a prescheduled oil change.

Terrible absolutely terrible was told to get co signer was told no problem with co signer and did that ran credit and my co signer had good credit and shouldn't been a issue but promises this after this and nothing they said they stuck to very disappointed. Hell didn't even get a vechile. So my thing is don't tell someone something when u know good and well your not gonna honor what u say. Oh and it's the used car part I'm talking about. I would definitely had never let them run my co signers credit if they would of been honest from the start. Personally go else where they will make promises leaving u looking stupied plain and simple.

Went in due to check engine light coming on, Hannah was able to get it diagnosed. I enjoy working with Hannah. She is always polite and understanding of the situation. After Hannah gave me quotes for repairs, Ron, one of the floor supervisors was able to get me into a newer car. It was honestly unexpected, since I wasn't looking. Didn't think that I would be able to trade my old car in. I love the service here all the way around. This is probably the best volkswagen dealership I've visited. Hope to continue to do great business.
