7Best Jiu Jitsu gym around. Been going here for 4 years. My 2 kids started 4 years ago I I started a little over a year ago. Never felt so good to get into shape and have a great with with the kids at class and at competitions.
Do not go here if you have an injury. You will be asked if you will use it as an excuse. Customer beware! I have many friends in MMA and they all say this is absolutely incorrect. You can learn with an injury and not hurt yourself.

Definitely a great school I would recommend this school to anyone. Professors are always there the knowledge is above and beyond. And definitely great competition classes. Everyone is family there, great professionalism.
