Not sure where to start to detail my experience with the amazing staff at Graham Brothers. It is extremely difficult to find the words to express my utmost appreciation and complete satisfaction of our first experience at Graham Brothers Jewelry. I utilized the online appointment option for our very first visit. We were greeted at the entry by Mr. Lex Graham a few minutes prior to our appointment time and simply put, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and courtesy extended by Mr. Lex Graham. The Graham family have reinvented the jewelry purchasing experience. This operation works on a level that I have never witnessed. Within 5 minutes of our discussion with Lex, we felt as if we had been customers for years. We were in the market for a very special time piece and within 5 minutes of leaving the office we received a call from Lex. Lex was very happy to inform us that he had located the exact watch we were in the market for, and it would be available for purchase and pickup in 48 hours. Today we went to complete the transaction for possibly the most exciting Christmas gift I have ever received from my amazing wife. Once again Lex went above and beyond during the delivery of our purchase. My expectations were exceeded in every aspect by Mr. Lex Graham. Graham Brothers will have by business forever. Graham Brothers has gone above and beyond in service to me and my family. Our jewelry journey began with them when my husband purchased my engagement ring and worked with Lex to create the ring of my dreams. When I reached out to them to get a wedding band for my husband, Lex offered the idea of using the scrap gold from my ring to create my husbands band, making our rings that much more special. After such a thoughtful and enjoyable experience I entrusted Lex with my most prized possession, a diamond gifted to me by my late father. I wanted to take the diamond and create a necklace and the Graham brothers created the most beautiful necklace that I wear every day. Lex again amplified my experience by offering to have my fathers initials added to the back of the necklace. That meant the world to me. My wedding ring lost a Diamond over a year ago and I have been consulting with Lex Graham on a complete rebuild of my ring for several months now. Having decided on a design and leaving it in his capable hands a couple of weeks ago, I got to see the final result today and was completely amazed.
