We are extremely fortunate that we have been able to use Rob Biggers for all of our family law needs. He has always served us well. Rob is kind, very articulate and an extremely good listener. I highly recommend him.

Let's air this out. I've paid your firm about $12000 and have not kept the retainer full maybe twice. It's not that I owe you money, and that not what you put on motion to withdraw.
The original bad review was taken down because you said you would get a better attorney to represent me. That one was just as bad as the first. And then the third attorney i met while he was walking around in his boxer shorts and a tie in your office (I cant make this stuff up). So I couldn't get past that. Then I thought paying the $500 an hour to have you represent me would finally fix it. Well 4th time is not the charm either. $5k retainer used up, paid another $2k, and you still wanted another retainer. And we hadn't even been to court yet. Then you threatened to remove yourself as my attorney if I didn't agree to pre-pay a $1000 a month until the case was closed. You made me sign an agreement for a blank check basically. And for what? Only court setting we went to you with no evidence and no plans on presentimg anything. And then the OC destroyed you in the "hallway" mediation and i walked out with a worse interim order than my original orders. And written just as unclear.
Then last week I was challenging your recommendation to go to mediation after I (not you) spent months prepping for trial. Then you didn't even call or text you just filed the motion to withdraw as counsel and had your Paralegal email me. And left me with no idea about if mediation was still planned (which you verbally agreed to do at no charge because the court setting was a joke). So what happened to that? Now you don't even have the integrity to call me by phone, but you respond to a review? It's been the only way to get any response from you this entire time. All four attorneys that I worked with there, the Paralegal, the family counselor you recommended, and yourself left me hanging after I spent almost $12,000 with yall. Yall only care about the money that's why you threatened to withdraw. Not even for being late just for not keeping the retainer full. You were recharging for work and double charging for service. Remember the double attorney fee charges? Remember the charges for writing a motion that was never even filed. Luckily I read the bill and caught that. 3 terribly written motions, $12000, and a year later with absolutely NO progress.
Horrible way to run any kind of business.

Seeking a lawyer for your worst enemy? You have come to the right place. The $7,000 I spent here would have been better spent on fireworks. I would have enjoyed watching those blowup in my face, and the negative impact would not potentially endure for the next 27 years of my life. I would recommend you go with Susan Brown from Ford Murray. She will show up prepared, lead the narrative, and systematically, calmly, and professionally win for her clients interest.

I had such a bad experience with this firm. Jamie was so welcoming when i first went to the office to speak with her. Unfortunately, she assigned an attorney who was not helpful to me at all. She actually quit the firm before completing the work for me and on top of that didn't even have the decency to let me know so that I wouldn't be blindsided. Finally, because my story is just too long and involved, I never heard from them again after they informed me that the divorce decree had been signed. All I can say is Jamie you are a wonderful person it's just too bad your attorney's do not follow your example. Or better yet have your view of how a divorce for their client should go.

After posting this, the owner, Ms. Jamie Graham contacted me and was more than willing to offer me a type of restitution for my troubles. As I stated before I do not want a monetary benefit from this, I just want to be heard. I appreciate Ms. Grahams willingness to FINALLY speak with me, but other than that, that's all it was.
