Salesman was a little more aggressively rude than I'd prefer. Also per the norm, price's are extremely to high.

Salesman did not answer my questions, unknowledgeable about products. He was unconcerned and his body language was inattentive, staring in space and impatient like "why are you asking me anything. " I wore a mask and keep my distance but this encounter was not customer friendly.

Like pulling teeth. The gal didn't want to look at a comparable parts, other stores and made no attempt to look at nearby cities. She did not care to offer help.

I ordered a rotary tool online and was told I could pick it up in this store same-day, but would have to wait a day for any location closer to me. Because I needed the tool ASAP, I decided to make the drive to pick it up. Upon returning home, I was shocked to discover that the box had been previously opened, the rotary tool had been used and slightly damaged, and the owners manual and a few replacement parts were missing. I decided to return it immediately and just have them deliver a new one to me as I was not going to pay full price for a used and damaged item. The process for returning it was mostly harmless, but I felt the employee did not really listen to my complaints on why I was returning it. I am going to be going to other stores in the future, most likely Harbor Freight.

This is great if you set up an account 24 hours prior but if you need something that day, you are s.o. L. The customer service is excellent however.above and beyond! Manager worked diligently to get us taken care of. Cudos to the staff!
