Grand China Buffet reviews
20Their chicken was very dry on many of their chicken item entres, their fruit was good and the lady who picked up our plates was very nice
I do not know how this place has a 4.2 star. Almost all of the food was flavorless. My husband is a human garbage disposal and even he was disappointed with the food. Even the ice cream tasted like the mix had been watered down. I didn't even want to finish it because it tasted so watered down. This place was not worth $13 per adult. This is at best a $5 buffet.
Food did not have alot of flavor. Food also during dinner rush hour was not that hot in which was shocking. Extremely disappointed with the restaurant and completely shocked on why it has such high ratings. It was my first and last time at this restaurant.
Most of the meat was over cooked and I have food poisoning the next morning. I have a strong stomach and rarely ever get sick. Will not be going back
This is my first visit to this Grand China Buffet. The service was great, our waitress was attentive and kind. I would've given it 4 stars, however, the Buffet area wasn't that clean, the areas weren't wiped down at all. The sushi was good, it would've been nice to see a little bit more cleanliness.
Always great service and food on point. Definitely glad it's back to business will all the safety prodocalls
Nothing special. For a buffet the quality of their food is consistent, most of the time the food is satisfactory sometime less so. The customer service is okay they’ll come around from time to time but you’re pretty much serving yourself. Not the best authentic Asian food in El Paso, but is a resort for when you can’t find anywhere else to eat.
This place has got to be the best Chinese Buffet. The food, the service, the cleanliness and great selection. Good Job!
Very good eating there, but it would be great to get crab legs oysters on the half shell.like that
The restaurant was good when it first opened. Over the years the quality of the food has gone down while the cost has gone up. In my opinion there are better places to get Chinese food in El Paso.
Really good food and nice environment, i went for father's day, they all did a great job on a busy day. I will definitely return
The foods under the lights aren't as fresh but the grill to make your food is the best way to go. Service was very quick and friendly.
Great place when you can't decide. Somebody wants Pizza, someone wants Asian, somebody wants American or steak or Mongolian grill? They got you covered with friendly wait staff, cashiers and Owner.
This place went down hill.staff too interested in gossip instead of refilling drinks or food. Some food was sitting there too long, some was too salty and other had barely any flavor. So disappointed spent $44 and we didn't even get a fortune cookie.
I remember it use to have a huge variety and enjoyed going there. Now my children are mad with me for taking them there and asked, "Never again dad! " Seeing the fish swimming in their own poop and realizing they actually were of different colors instead of all brown depressed them. They asked if they ever cleaned it. I said probably not. Where do you think they get the fish to put on the buffet?
Food was good. Just felt punished to be forced to sit in the back where they normally sit big groups because I had a little one. For what I spent, we should be able to sit where we like. Especially if the main sitting area was empty.
The food isn’t to good at all.to be honest. Seems either old, stale, dry, cold. I wouldn’t come here again.
Better than most "chinese buffets" that I've eaten at, but it is still only good, not great, and somewhat pricey considering that.
Overall great maybe the best in town, but the ice cream selection although better than the three flavor soft serve could use some work. It's low quality ice cream and they don't have the edible cones. Other than that this place is pretty top notch.
The food is okay. They can definitely use a revamp on some stuff.the sushi is okay. I ate something which I thought was pickled mustard greens but ended up tasting like what a dirty fish tank smells like. So I ended up losing my appetite. No customer service whatsoever, and overpriced for what they have. I dont recommend it.
