Grand Hyatt Dfw, Dallas TX

Fantastic experience at the Grand Hyatt. Ms. Deanna (Concierge) was so kind and welcoming to our family as we prepared to move overseas. I can’t say enough about her and her remarkable service. She was truly the highlight of our stay. Thanks, Deanna, we hope to see you on our next trip!

After a VERY long day of delayed and cancelled flight with 4 children, I was greeted in the lobby by an extremely nice staff (which was a welcomed change after dealing with airport staff all day) They offered all my children goody bags with snacks and overnight necessities. We checked in at 10: 50pm and the on-site restaurant closes at 11: 00 and they graciously allowed us to order food so my family could eat a good meal that night. The food was delicious. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was very clean and the staff was excellent. At first I was a little hesitant about the price but after my experience there, I would gladly pay the price to stay there again. Thank you Grand Hyatt!

Very nice hotel. It was my first time here. It's right by the D concourse. The staff is very friendly and efficient. For the first time in a long time, the person checking me in seemed genuinely glad to have me staying there. Sea bass in the restaurant was excellent. Very nice gym facility. I'd definitely stay here again.

These people take such great care of me. This hotel is convenient if you are arriving late or leaving early. It’s rare for airport hotels to be nice, clean hotels. Grand Hyatt DFW hits the mark.

The Hyatt at DFW was a savior after American Airlines' flight delays. Its prime location near the airport, welcoming staff, clean rooms, and delicious dining options made my stay enjoyable despite the travel hiccups. What made it even better was that all costs were covered by American Airlines. Highly recommend.

This review is for the bar. Stopped in while waiting to check into a flight. Small menu of food. The whipped feta was good. The naan that came with it was deep fried. If I'd known it was deep fried, I would have requested it not to be or chosen something else. Drinks were well made. Very conveniently located at DFW.

I Loved thank you so much, I enjoyed it my night stay in Grand Hyatt DFW, they are amazing, definitely if I'm came back passing for Dallas DFW, definitely, I stay in Grand Hyatt, I recommend.

This is my second time staying here in less than a week! I had such a wonderful experience the first time traveling, I had to comeback on my second part of my travel for business. Amoni, who helped me get my room was amazing both times! She knows her stuff! She was absolutely the sole reason why I returned and why I am leaving Hilton (Diamond member) to come full time to Hyatt.

Amoni, thank you for making me feel special each and every time I have been your guest. You are professional, courteous, and an all star. You remembered me immediately and made sure I was taken care of.

Luxury hotel at DFW Airport. Service is top notch. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The staff will try and accommodate your every need while staying at the property. Free terminal garage parking is a nice touch as well.

If your friends are on a lay-over flight, they can stay in Security and take the Sky Link to Terminal D to get to the Grand Hyatt. The Grand Met (bar/restaurant) is open 24/7 if you want to meet them. The restaurant is outside security, so you don't need a boarding pass. But your flying friend will need to re-enter security at Terminal D, or you can drive them to their terminal after dinner/drinks.

Always a great stay when we have an overnight in Dallas! Staff is wonderful and rooms are amazing! Dinner always tasty too! That view of the runway tho! Love it!

Very useful hotel if you are passing through the airport, it is accessible from the airport shuttle train without having to leave the airport complex. Nice room, quiet with blackout shades to maximize sleep at any time of day.

Good hotel. Location can't be beat for a delayed flight. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable, quiet. Only thing I'd change is that while I like the little control panel by the bed with all the lights and temperature and everything, there's no feedback showing you've actually engaged the button, so it's hard to tell whether you've successfully changed the temp. (The lights at least you know if they're working.)

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We were delayed in Fort Worth on our way to El Salvador for our annual mission trip, everyone there made this inconvenience a pleasant experience.

We had a long layover in DFW. We met some family for breakfast in the hotel. The hotel is outside TSA, so we had to go through security before we board our next flight. It was a great way to see family for a couple of hours between flights.

First of all I'm a Marriott guy. I stayed here because I had an unexpected cancellation and got stranded. That being said this is a beautiful hotel with very professional friendly and welcoming staff.

Was very comfortable, maybe even better than the Marriott. The Keurig coffee maker in the room wasn't easy to operate and really nice.

I did notice one minor cleaning issue that I won't list specifically. It was very minor. I hope you did to the front desk staff as I checked out and they went out of their way to apologize and offered a credit on a food and beverage bill. This was totally unnecessary but signal to me that they take the quality of their property very seriously. It was appreciated.

If I wasn't already titanium with Marriott I might be tempted to switch. Nice job DFW Grand Hyatt.

We had such a nice stay here. The service is over the top. Any small issues we had were dealt with immediately. The view from our room allowed us to watch planes come and go. A treat was seeing a British airways A380 land and later take off. The restaurant was top notch. We stayed the night before our early morning flight from the international terminal. From the time we left our room, took the elevator to terminal D and got through pre check security took less than ten minutes. Will for sure look for reasons to stay here again!

I was not expecting an airport hotel to be this good! Fabulous breakfast and room service. Very nice personel! A great gym with an amazing airport view

I did not stay in the rooms. I just ate dinner in the bar area. Our server Jeremiah was amazing. The bar area was fabulous. The food was well prepared and tasted amazing.
