Grand Lux Nails Spa, Longview TX

I will never go there again. I have been trying to just forget about the entire experience but they continually text my phone although I have asked to be removed from the list and they texted the other day and ask that I write a review, so here goes. (Maybe they will delete me now.hopefully)
I made an appointment for a full pedicure with added tips on the big toes and white shellac polish.
The pedicure was ok, nothing to brag about or I even want to remember. Another person came over and did the tips. Clipped them unevenly and even after I stated they were uneven, he proceeded to play a game on his phone and not pay me much attention. The guy that initially did my pedicure then put the shellac on, only problem with that was it was not even and it was all on my cuticles. Well, I figured once I showered the shellac on my skin would easily come off, but it didn't. I literally had to scrape it off my cuticles.
After showing my pedicure to my daughter, she said NO WAY! 'You should go and get your money back'. So I call the very next day and explain my complaint (with pictures) and I was told to come back in, they would fix it.
I went in, they DID NOT take the crooked nail off my big toe and it was the very same guy that polished them before.
I was very disappointed. I didn't cause a scene and just left after he finished.
I can't get that time back nor my money back. I spent over $80.00 on a 'mess. '
Please, delete me now.

I haven't been able to find a good eyebrow lady until I finally found MV! It is obvious that eyebrows are her passion and she makes sure, I am satisfied before I leave. She also gave me an amazing manicure! The service here is great and I enjoy coming!

Today is my daughter's birthday and they made it extra special! She absolutely adores Thuy and now has her favorite color on her toes. Thank ya'll so much for making her day even better
*My daughter is special needs and Thuy ("envy") is super patient and always does amazing with my daughter's movement disorder!

Took his time nails turned out very good had a good attitude and didn’t rush even worked overtime for me 100% recommend going here

Came in to get our mommy and me pedicures and the technician did an amazing massage exactly what I needed

Love coming here. Have tried multiple salons in the area trying to find the right one. They always do a nice job on my nails. I get dip powder manicures and gel pedicures and it always lasts a long time and they do a quality job for the price. Everyone is always very nice and helpful.

I liked my nails, but I’m extremely upset about the fact that they only stayed on for 3 days, they started lifting, and breaking, it was very painful and I’ve never had this problem.: (

Massage to the pedicure was decent, but the gel polish on my toenails is not very thick and didn't even cover my toenail completely. This definitely wasn't worth the 85 dollars. I dont recommend.

I go here often. Last 2 times were bad. Very poor work, and spending $200 + for 2 people you would expect perfection. That's gone lately. They rush and do a poor job because of that

My nail tech Kim, is awesome. I will not go anywhere but there. She is the only one that I will let her do my nails.

By far the best massage I've ever received. Visited Alexandra for a deep tissue massage and felt so relaxed afterwards. She listened to my concerns and was able to pinpoint the areas that were tense. Highly recommend her.

So I’m 16 and they just gave me wine. I didn’t ask for it and they didn’t tell me they just gave it to me and didn’t ID and my mother is an Officer. Then I got a gift card for Christmas from my grandmother which was $44. My mother sent her the text that said “she wants a full acrylic set” and then my grandmother proceeded to show them. So they told her it would be $44. Then when we got there they said the same thing. So AFTER I got my nails done they told me it would be $80!? Then my friend was getting hers done aswell right beside me and they told her it would be around $40 and then halfway through they told her it’s $80 and so she couldn’t finish her nails. Then proceeded to do nothing about the situation. The nails turned out very beautiful but the service was horrible I will not be returning neither will my friends.

I made an appointment days prior and arrived early, but still had to wait 5-10 minutes. I was ok with that because I understand things happen and schedules may change. Angel did my pedicure and I loved it. She was friendly, smiling, and talkative. She paid attention to detail and catered to my needs. I tipped her well (thats what the owner said) because she deserve it. I loved the experience and will be back!
