Grand Master Cutz Barber Shop, Richardson TX

My experience coming here has been nothing short of a high quality experience. No extensive wait times and if I did wait, the pleasant/welcoming environment (conversations) made it very short. I like that they do not over charge like most places I've been. I highly recommend this establishment for these very reasons.

Grand Master Cutz is the best barber shop I have used in Dallas. It is not easy to travel across the country and find Black barbers who really know how to fade and shave. Watching the barbers at Grand Master Cutz work, I know they can manage all types of hair. I have visited many barbershops in Dallas, but none of them can cut hair like Grand Master Cutz. So, down 75 it is, twice a month, to get my haircut. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is friendly. And the area is safe. You will not be disappointed by going there for a cut, shave or beard trimming. They have ATM, Cash App, and Credit Card services. If you need to schedule a time. Just go to Grand Master Cutz website and do just that.

We went here solely because of the good reviews however Avoid this place at all cost. The owner seems nice however he is fake. He jacked up my son’s hair on purpose. On multiple occasions we made appointments and had to wait a very long time. He places walk ins in front of actual appointments. When I checked him about it this time he apologized, however he jacked up my sons hair on pupose. He seems nice but this guy is an arrogant unprofessional person. I hope he changes before his entire business closes down permanently. He said he did his best to blend my sons hair. You have all those years of experience and this is the product. He should be ashamed.

Found this place after a couple of bad experiences. Shi-ya is my go-to barber. He is always reliable, quick and does a great job.

He told me on the phone a hair cut is 10 to 15. When I finished. He wants $25. He blocked the door so I can’t go. Outside. I should of call police.

Just got The Best Haircut I Ever had, again, today at Grand Master Cuts! Sly is the Truth! Place was full, but my Appt time was still spot on. I am a Client for Life. Great atmosphere, like hanging with Family. Try them out, you will be a client for life too.

Booking was simple and easy. Consistent reminders were also sent to remind you of your appointment. You didn’t have to pay to hold your spot. You paid at your service. Jet was amazing and patient with my toddler, whom is 22 months. If you are looking for a barbershop with that back-in-the day feel, this is the one.

I got the feeling they weren't too used to cutting straight hair. I felt a little out of my element. However, I got a good haircut. I'll be back.

Family friendly great with kids great barbers had a great time getting me and my 2 boys cut up but will say if you go on Friday or Sunday there is no appointments so go early but other then that me and my boys have found a permanent barbershop

Jet is a great amazing barber she has a beautiful sprit very patient happy person. Jet use to cut my son’s hair here in Saint Louis, Mo. We wish she still resides here, but she moved on. Her prices were very reasonable on top of all that she did a amazing job. It’s very hard to find a barber here in Saint Louis with the amazing cuts, prices, beautiful sprit, beautiful heart, personality & wonderful amazing soul that she has. Keep being you Justine.

My son Jason has Down Syndrome/Autism & hates getting his hair cut. Jet was so patient and friendly dealing with him that he quickly got over his anxiety!
