I was a little hesitant about purchasing another car from Grand Prairie Ford because of past experiences with the service department. They have definitely made the best changes in management and the service team. Loved this time getting my car serviced.

I came all the way up to Dallas from Houston to visit the area and had been looking for a specific truck. All of the Houston dealerships I dealt with didn’t have the truck I wanted or sold before I could jump on it. For the heck of it I decided to start searching Ford dealerships in the Dallas area and came up with Grand Prairie Ford. I called the store and spoke with the beautiful and professional Kyel Rodriguez. She confirmed they had the truck I was looking for and, after speaking with the manager, Robert Fuegate, a deal was made. They really worked with me to make a deal that was fair. From start to finish, everything was excellent. Excellent staff, nice and clean facility, laid back and relaxed atmosphere, nice selection. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Kyel in sales, and if you want to speak with a manager, the awesome Robert Fuegate will make sure you are taken care of.

Hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Braylon, Grace and Robert worked their best in order to provide us with the best deal on our new car, and the best offer on our trade in. The entire process was completely painless and smooth. Elsa in their financing department was quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable and kind.
From first contact, to driving off the lot, this was the most wonderful team I have ever worked with when buying a car. I highly recommend this dealership- but especially Braylon and Grace. They were absolutely amazing to work with. Pretty sure it’s the first time I’ve ever gotten a new car and didn’t cry, or question my purchase driving off the lot!

Took my truck on time in the morning and said it will take just a couple of hrs (left vehicle at 7: 30 AM). I had to call at 3: 00 PM cause didn’t hear from them and I needed truck and finally 30 minutes AFTER I CALLED, they contacted me to let me know truck was ready. Other than that, everything else ok.

The Ford team member Larry was very attentive, pleasant and considerate. He worked with me on the vehicle, payments and details to make sure I was pleased. There was no fluff or unnecessary costs or additions included and even provided me a Lyft service due to the time required for the services to be completed. Would highly recommend to friends and family. I will definitely continue using the services at GP Ford in the future!

I will never buy another vehicle from ford again. When you buy a ford car at a ford dealership it seems like your info should be able to be seen by all ford dealerships. It seems like they would want the customer to have an easy time if they had to go to another dealership for some reason. Would not recommend this service department.

The worst costumer service when it comes to service. I asked to talk to manager several times never got a call back. My 2020 ford truck has had a problem for about a month and they are backed up for weeks. I cant afford to leave it there for weeks for them to get it fixed. So then the guy was like it looks like you can pay out of pocket to get it fixed elsewhere. Not to mention that we purchased all kind of warranties for NOTHING…. So disappointing.

Great reliable service experience every time I bring my truck in for scheduled maintenance. The staff treats me well and my service agent/Sharrel - is always informative on recommenced service to keep my truck in safe driving condition. I am also grateful for them washing it too. I moved to Ft. Worth, but I still drive to this Ford dealership to get my Truck serviced! -

Had a very good service experience on 10/9/21. Oil change and tire rotation and out in a little over an hour. Larry was very helpful.

From my very 1st phone call to GP Ford Service Center. Mr. Larry Davis answered my call for help. He promised that he would take care of myself and my car.and he kept that promise until the very moment I drove away with my baby fixed all up! They had my baby for four whole days and Mr. Davis kept me apprised daily of everything that they were doing, even giving me a timeline which helped tremendously!
My driver side door locking latch snapped, with no warning. I found a recall on my exact make/yr/model. While speaking to Mr. Davis, he found 3 more recalls. So, he had me get them all done, happily I agreed.
From beginning to end my service was the greatest I've ever had anywhere regarding any automotive services. I will go back and I most definitely would recommend them to friends, family, anyone who wants to be treated with great customer service skills!

I just want to say thank you Ron Smith for your Excellent Customer Service. I have been with Grand Prairie Ford for 4 years and Ron helps me out every time. He was able to upgrade me to a new 2021. I asked the shop to the works on my vehicle which is an oil change and Tire rotation. I then decided to new wiper blades and a new airfilter for my vehicle. I did not inspect to see thesethings were done upon receiving my car. However, I decided I would wash my car when I got home. While washing the vehicle I noticed the tires have not been rotated which they charge along with oil change one to $60 with tax included for the service. That made me question if they really performed the wipe blade change and air filter. I don't know if the wiper were because the rear wiper was not new and the one I change still had entry of life on them before I asked GP Ford service to change them. I may have to go a dealership service up north since the dealers in the south of Dallas done do there job as they say. Maybe I will give them another chance but I don't know. Make sure you inspect your car before leaving their premises.
