20 After almost 10 years, I'm no longer a patient here. I went during COVID in May 2020, and what a disaster! When I got there, it was pouring rain and lightening and the girl told me to wait outside. Then they took all my belongings and held them in a box, the same box that all other patients' belongings sit. They said the CDC recommended it. Please, they did not recommend to cross contaminate people's belongings. After using an eye machine, the girl did not wipe it down before putting the lens cover back on it. And the entire time, she made me feel like I was an infected human. They weren't worried about my health, only theirs. Dr. Ryan watched tears roll down my face through the entire exam and said nothing. They tried to give me a different brand of contacts, why I don't know. The other location promised to fix this but didn't. I went 3 weeks with no contacts before she called today and said 'no, you will need to see another doctor'. Trust me when I say, they are far more important than you.
And it took a crisis for me to learn this. Shame on them.
I had to wait over 2 months for my sunglasses to be made correctly. I was given incorrect information on several occasions about what the problems were. Each excuse contradicted the prior one. I was told I would be receiving a gift card for dinner for my bad experience but that never happened. After having such a bad experience with the sunglasses I decided to go elsewhere for my new glasses. I have asked 6 times for my prescription and was told each time that it would be emailed to me. I still do not have my prescription. I really like the owners of this business. It's too bad they don't know how bad the customer service is.
Great place, very helpful. They helped me through my first pair and all my issues adjusting to glasses.

I had a terrible experience dealing with them. I requested a rush order but it took them more than 2 weeks to get my glasses done and on top they didnt do it right. I paid for transition but they never did it and now asking to wait for another two weeks.very unprofessional.stay away from them.
Every time I come in the staff is SUPER friendly. The doctors are extremely good and friendly. My family and I have been going here since they opened this location and have only had good experiences
I have been going to Grand Vision for 3 years. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was thrilled to find out that I could get prescription swim goggles for my 8 year old son!
Great experience! Very good customer service. I have been getting my glasses at Grand vision since last4 years and I have always had a perfect experience. Love that you can reschedule at your convenience and there are no penalties.
My family and I had another wonderful experience! Having come here since 2013, when Grand Vision initially opened, staff has shown us nothing short of great customer service and perfect fits for our individual eyesight. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to family and friends:)
Loved Dr. Donaldson. He took time to educate me on how UV rays affect my eyes and how important sunglasses are.

The brothers and staff are very helpful. They worked with me for weeks to get the right vision and fit with my contacts at no additional cost. They wanted me happy with every aspect of my eye experience. The staff is pleasant and friendly. The location is perfect as well.
The lack of customer service was abhorrent to my wife and myself. They don't greet you when you walk in and when you speak their personalities are colder that dry ice. Also, it's taking over two weeks to get my glasses back. I will not be a customer again or recommend them.

Bad experience, they will show you low end frame that not fit customer's condition, then of course, customer will need something really fit the face, are there alternative to have low cost but good frame, of course, there are. But in this store, they will tell you it will cost a lot more for the brand frame, which that is how they make more profits. In fact, there are a lot good frame doesn't have to cost a lot, or to be brand frame. But they will not tell you that, but push for the high cost frame. By the way, their mott: "Always focusing on you"r money.that is fact.
The attendance was fast and accurate. The staff is really nice and make you feel comfortable. They explained what everything did and why they were using each piece of equipment.
