Internet keeps going out here and it not at my end! They will do nothing! They send a tech when it is not down. Every thing is good they say!

Grande has the worst internet I have the 600 speed and still managed to lag. I tried restarting my router and it still doesn't work. I test my connection and get a 74% packet loss which is unplayable for online gaming.

Had the pleasure of speaking to a snarky CSR Rep trying to open a new account. They get started on their required canned speeches and can’t stop talking instead of listening to the customers. It’s all about upselling the customer what thru don’t need to increase their sales and commissions. Bite set up a date and time for appointment and when we ended the call and after I hung up the betch cancelled my appointment without my knowledge.

The worst internet service provider! Our automatic payment credit card has expired and they didn't contact us to let us know, just stop the service and charged more than they should charge. Grande's customer service was good several years ago but it's getting worse, very disappointed.

You wait on the phone for 20 minutes and then when they finally answer, they disconnect you. They make a service appointment to replace their defective router/modem after calling back 4 times and tell you someone will call in the morning to reconfirm, and if no one calls, you need to call again or they won't come. Again, 20 minute hold then disconnect and finally I get through to reconfirm. I think this is a management technique to discourage customer service calls.

There service sucks. The equipment that they use works for a few days and when you call the back to fix it they want to charge you 55.00.and say it's you who broke it. At the same time they are trying to over charge you like they did me 190.00 and it took 2 months until they gave me credit not my money back but credit. I should of stayed with Spectrum.

Every month there's new thing they charge me for. $9 and some change. One time charges. In the past month from $47 to $75 wth. Considering canceling. Balance transfers $10.58. Dude's

Absolute worst company I've ever dealt with in my whole life from service outages, auto-pay somehow messing up leading to overcharges yet then never told me the auto-pay didn't go through, after paying bill somehow my whole account gets deleted, rude customer service, I wouldn't recommend this to my enemies.

This isp is garbage. The internet is always down, speed is slow. When a tech comes they charge yo $50+ do not waste your money

Grande in corpus is terrible. Their customer service is terrible and the internet goes down at least 5 times a week THAT WE NOTICE. Last month we called and complained they said they would remove a few days from the upcoming bill and our bill was 10$ more than any other month that we just ignored it. Complete trash company.

For the love of god get spectrum.

We recently moved to Corpus and have Grande cable. I scheduled an appointment for activation of internet and WiFi with a 5 hour window for them to show. The window was about to close so I called. Evidently my appointment was cancelled because a deposit wasn't secured. A deposit i was not told about but completely understand. It's the fact i waited hours and NEVER received a call from Grande stating the appointment was canceled!

Competitive price, cheaper than other service providers in general but I don't like my internet right now, much slower than what I got at my old place, and I paid for the same package.

Moved to a new apartment but wasn't given information about how to return the old equipment. I didn't receive a phone call or anything in the mail and then they will just automatically charge you 800 without contacting you. When I called for a refund they gave me a case number and nobody has called me back on the status after I was told I would be contacted in 24 hours about the refund.

Update:
After returning the equipment the equipment I was told it is going to be 14-21 days for a refund. That's a long time to wait if you have upcoming bills. All that was done is they gave me another case number to see if I can get a faster refund. Which nobody is going to contact me like before most likely. Anyone that chooses to use grande for services expect have problems when it comes to returning equipment. The automatic responses grande send out to reviews are also no help so don't even try.

My experience with Grande is incredibly poor; I was scheduled to have internet installed in my home and even confirmed that I would receive a phone call when the technician was on the way. I went down the block and when I returned they. Had left a 'sorry we missed you' card. Upon calling them, the representative was incredibly dismissive and offered no solution, I was passed to several departments and brushed off. The customer service I was provided was beyond sub-par and I would highly recommend seeking out another internet service provider as this poor quality service seems to be a consistent theme with Grande. I was referred to Grande by the coordinator at the apartment complex that I live at and will be meeting with them to share my experience & ensure that they no longer recommend Grande to their incoming guests.

I want Grande but no. Not my zip code. Before it was because the apts we were at had a contract with Time Warner, but we're in a house now. Unfortunately one with a crappy zip code. Oh well, Spectrums CEO has to buy a new private jet for his kid to get to kindergarten I'm assuming. Guess I'm pitching in whether I like it or not. I do not.

Grande communications is a good cable company with competitive pricing and service. They have a very large cliental and handle customer service on a professional basis without fail.

During the time I lived in Corpus Christi, TX, we had Grande communications internet and cable services. It was the best and for a reasonable price. We moved back to the Rio Grande Valley, I wish they have Grande here! Cable and internet providers options are limited making extremely expensive! Hurry up and come down!

I have been an automatic bill paying customer for 3 years (never late on payments). I noticed my bill increased about $20 over the last few months with no notice or warning. When I called Grande to ask why, the rep didn't explain the increase but only offered to increase my speeds to 300mbps from my current speed of 110mbps for same price. I already checked online for their current promotional pricing, $35.99, so I figured it would only be fair to ask what the "NON-promotional" price is for 300mbps. The rep put me on hold for a min, then said, "it's about the same price you're paying right now, " which did not make sense. How could the price for 300mbps be about the same as 100mbps. The rep was trying to keep me at my base price of $67.99 instead of being honest and saying the new price is actually cheaper than what the system had been automatically charging me for the past few months! So I went online and started a separate chat and found out the "regular" price for 300mbps was $61.99! Lastly, if the internet quality was a little better, I might have considered talking to another rep but now I am giving HugesNet internet a try and cancelled Grande!

The product is good however the service leaves a lot to be desired. When trying to get hooked up it proved to be somewhat difficult and then could never reach the person that sold me the service ever again. Send emails to corporate and never got anything done with it. I went into the local office and stood in line for a good while and visited with the lady which apologized but there was still no fix.
