Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Purchasing a vehicle was easy and hassle free. I would give five stars, but I do not agree with the $700 Granger package you’re forced to purchase (guess they come with every vehicle). I think consumers should have a choice to decline that or be able to negotiate the price of the vehicle to zero that package out of the total cost.

I just bought a exceptionally clean 2018 Silverado LT Texas Edition with low mileage at Granger Chevrolet in Orange Texas. I was treated with the upmost respect by everyone there, If you are shopping for a new or used vehicle I would HIGHLY recommend driving to Granger Chevrolet. I live at Sam Rayburn, Texas. I made the drive and I'm highly satisfied.

Tristan Stanley was an awesome sales person and went above and beyond to help me and make me satisfied. He was kind and listened to all my needs in choosing and buying a car. He was not pushy and was on top of everything at all times. He stayed in touch with me on every detail. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know and to anyone looking to buy a car. Great job.

These people are a JOKE. They completely screwed my good friend out of getting a truck. They had him sign alllll the paperwork for this vehicle and told him to wait until the next day to make a down payment. They even checked his credit and made 5 hard inquires on his credit when they said they would check only 3. We go today to get the truck and all of a sudden someone else is looking at it and they won’t allow him to put a down payment on it.how is that okay? He had the paperwork and numbers and everything all worked out he just had to wait for the banks to open but they sold it to this other person. He has no proof of paperwork because they never gave it to him which is illegal. He signed a purchase agreement with the sales manager, a printed, BINDING document. My husband and him were there until 8 at night because he wanted him to get this truck. My husband was in the Army and the salesman said he was a Marine Special Forces, LTC serving from 2008-2013, my husband ask oh Marine Force Recon? And he said “oh I guess that’s the Army name for it” I guess it’s ok to pose as someone who served in the military and this business supports that, lying straight to a retired military service members face about his “military service”.

Had pleasant experiences with both the sales and service department. Everyone was very helpful.

Absolutely terrible business. They waste people’s time and get multiple people on the same vehicle then decide which one to sell it to after getting all their info and running credit. The salesman was nice but got the Vibe he was lying about his military service nothing about his story added up. The sales manager signed a binding contract (purchase agreement signed by both parties) on a vehicle and then sold it to someone else the next day never gave us a copy of it. Very shady people, very terrible way to run a business. Lied about the monthly payment to try to scare us away.

At Granger's Chevy, they always give you GOOD SERVICE. My car was in for a free oil change and checking other 'vitals! ' I appreciated what they did and I didn't have to wait long.
The waiting room / area is comfortable, too and the coffee is excellent, as always!

Man where to start.let’s see, I agreed to let them submit my info to 3 different banks. At this time I also signed a buyers agree on the agreed price. It was later in the evening when this happen so we had to wait till morning to get a answer. The next morning my phone is blowing up with credit report status say my credit was being ran over and over. 12 different times. I called them right away and told them to stop what they were doing! At this point the salesmen told me I got financed at 3.5% APR.okay great! He asked for money down to hold the truck till I could get there after work so I gave them my info and sent $500. Before leaving work I called to let them know I was coming. They then informed me that the truck had been sold to someone else! So long story slightly shortened, they could not find me another truck and now my credit score dropped 80 points and can no longer get finance with a good interest rate. They best I could get now was10% apr so that’s what I did. I will not be going back to this place ever again witch sucks because I love to shop LOCAL!

SO LET ME KNOW WHAT KIND OF DEAL WE CAN COME UP WITH OK!

I had a bad experience awhile back with a manager who was just rude to me. Today, I had a bad experience with a salesman/manager.not sure if he was a manager, but his name was Jacob. I went in today to buy a SUV there, but after I told Jacob what color of vehicle I was looking for he instructed, the nice salesman I was dealing with first when I got there, to get the keys to a SUV that wasn't the color I told him I wanted. I asked him what he said the color was of the vehicle, he ignored my question, and I asked the salesman to wait to go get the keys, I asked Jacob again what color was the vehicle? He said grey, and talked to me like I was ignorant and instructed the salesman to go get the keys again, I felt like I was being ignored.and he just wanted to try to persuade me into a vehicle I didn't want. So, I just asked him why would he do that? He pretended to not know what I was talking about. So, I instructed the salesman to not go get the keys, I'm gonna leave. I told Jacob that was rude and disrespectful, and that's why I'm leaving. Of course, he still tried to act innocent and try to get me to stay, but that's my second bad experience with Granger. And more than likely, will not ever go back to them for anything. And I will not recommend anyone to do business with them.

Bought a lemon there. Went through a hard time getting it fixed. Shawty work done. Will never purchase again please don't shop there

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like the President just arrived.constantly asking us if we wanted coffee or water.offered us donuts and cookies. Mr. Granger gave me more than a fair price for my trade.i told him at that time if he my deal work he would have my car business for now on.we normally trade between 2 and 3 years so they will see us often.the deal did get made, not exactly how i wanted but close enough. Marc our salesman was nice and professional and new the vehicles.the finance guy was very nice, and got the finance done almost how i wanted.he knows how to push the banks to get the deal done.they are just wonderful people there at granger.

I bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse from Granger in Dec 2017. It was not until AFTER I made commitment to purchase the SUV I read it had been in 2 previous wrecks. I checked out the wrecks it said no major damage. Body damage on a used vehicle isn't too bad. Purchased the SUV, mainly desperation of needing a vehicle. Fast forward to April 2019, I am involved in a wreck where they totaled out the SUV. In reading the comments and history of THIS SUV, it had been PREVIOUSLY totaled previously due to air bag deployment. This was not disclosed to me. I won't be purchasing from them again, some reason total honesty is important to me.

My experience purchasing via Granger Chevrolet was great! It started out kind of rocky, however once everyone got on the same page, things ran smooth. I've been in the market for a Corvette Stingray for a while a I came into the deal knowing exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Communication was professional and straight to the point. I couldn't be more happier. I informed Granger Chevrolet that I was currently located in Afghanistan and would need the car shipped to GA. I was concerned that someone else would come in and swoop the vehicle from under my feet, being my location during the time of my inquiry and the time difference. I was personally reassured there was nothing to worry about and guaranteed to be taken care of! The shipping of my Corvette took only 2 days which seemed like an eternity giving the level of excitement! There was even a personal letter written on the sold sign thanking me for my service, which I really appreciated! Thank you so much for making my dream of owning a Corvette Stingray a reality!

Called about a 2015 duramax salesman jimmy p. Took all my information down and said He would get with me the next day it’s been 8 days since and no help worst place to call. Never going to buy from this dealership I hope everyone reads this my social security and all info given to them for nothing

I love Granger Chevrolet! Not only did they help me get in my dream car, they were able to take my used car and offer me a wonderful trade in/cash price. They offered wonderful incentives and worked with me to get the perfect down payment and monthly note. They followed up with me wonderfully and made sure my experience was top notch. Will definitely be going back for all my vehicles purchases. Referring family and friends for sure!
