Chad and team provided exceptional service and beautiful results. Kim is the best interior designer in DFW! She asked questions to get a feel for my design style and helped me select my beautiful finishes. The renovation was completed in a relatively fast timeframe. We replaced the countertops and backsplash in our kitchen. I was thinking of selling my home but I love my kitchen so much that I’m giving it second thoughts.

Chad and his team were amazing and built us a beautiful master bathroom. We also combined closets into one and made a custom pantry. The job turned out beyond our expectation. We are looking forward to having Chad and his team back, after the holidays, to continue with our home remodel.

Love love love my bathroom. Granite and More did a great job. The tile guys were sooooo meticulous. And so great about keeping things picked up and clean (important for dog owners). Everything turned out great.

Chad, Kim, and Cameron worked great as a team. Chad was so helpful at our first meeting suggesting great options for my kitchen that the two previous companies didn't mention. He knows his way around a kitchen! The workers were all top notch and I felt honored to have them doing their craft in my house. Kim genuinely enjoys her work and continues to be a good resource for design questions. They are very flexible on work offered since I wanted to do the painting myself. Overall very satisfied and I will look them up when approaching the bathrooms!

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Most of the positive reviews seem to be quite old. We hired G&M to remodel our kitchen. Kim, seems to be confused as she would make one statement and then text a different response. Chad is extremely unresponsive and argumentative with a dismissing attitude. We pointed out that the tile installed was not level, he came back and stated the tiles were curved.we went to the manufacturer and have an email stating that their tiles are never curved. The Chad came back and said our foundation moved. We had Dallas foundation come out and they took measurements, and there were no issues with the foundation. We paid $8K for a built in pantry, I would be willing to show anyone the low quality work on that. They painted the cabinets and got paint all over the new hinges, now the hinges make noise and do not function correctly. Door are warping, there are gaps where the door should cover the cabinet opening, etc. It has been over a year since they started our project and yet it is not completed. Terrible, terrible terrible experience. Not a single aspect of this project was as expected. GC made numerous mistakes and expected full payment with no recourse. Ended up having to cancel the contract early, negotiate a settlement so I could seek alternative options to complete installs. STAY AWAY!

We used Granite and more to give our kitchen a much needed facelift and their team came through and delivered the most beautiful kitchen! From Kim’s design through carpentry, painting and installation we couldn’t have asked for a better team. They were very responsive, flexible and just all around nice people.

I contracted with Granite & More last year to remodel our bath and kitchen. During our project, the employees and their craftsmen were absolutely the greatest. The assistance with design by Kim and project oversight by Chad was second to none. Product and delivery was very professional - Todd has a great team of professionals!

Kim and Todd are great to work with. The guys are very prompt and clean. Very pleased with the work and plan to use them again.

The owner came to my house measured my three bathrooms for new countertops, new flooring and a new shower in one of the bathrooms this was over two weeks ago never heard from the guy. Very unprofessional

Crew did an excellent job of installing quartz countertop and tile backsplash, along with new sink and faucet. Chad and Kimberley were very responsive and committed to customer satisfaction.

First visit to the store and it was closed during business hours. No big deal, this happens. Walk into the store today 9/26/2020 and lady comes out. Sees us, says she forgot her mask and goes back. Comes out with mask below her nose. Proceeds to talk to us. Then just pulls her mask off again. I walked out of the store. Place has no respect for customers safety and health.

Used this company 5 years ago for kitchen and bathroom remodel with different owners. Called them in May to come give me an estimate to install wood look tile in 2 more rooms. They came and measured and never even bothered to give me estimate. I called them back 2 times and they told me they would get the estimate right out.
I called another company (Willow Floors) and they have completed the job. Their work is excellent.
