5Grapevine is one of those unique, quaint little towns in Texas that has it all. The community, the festivals, the parks, lake activities, bike trails, Kyaking, fishing, downtown, small gift shops, restaurants and park areas offer an ambience of both outside activities, friendly shopping and dining for all price points. It is truly one of Texas’ best kept secrets!
Christmas in Grapevine is really something to see. Traditional holiday spirit kicked up several notches as only Texas can. Great evening strolling Main St. Lots of photo ops for the family.
I've been without power for nearly a week due to a failed inspection. After fixing all of the problems listed in the inspection, and immediately scheduling a new inspection, they failed to send an inspector out. TWICE.
I have food in my fridge and freezer that have spoiled, not to mention all of my belongings that are baking in the house with no air-conditioning in this early Autumn heat. This is a problem that should have been rectified IMMEDIATELY for my own health and safety along with the sanctity of all my possessions, but the building inspection department clearly has no concern for the well-being of their citizens. Talk about awful customer service.

Your customer service may be bad but you have a facility that few towns can claim! A beautiful building in my favorite North Texas town, Grapevine.
