Dr. Colangelo and his team are amazing! Not only are they professional and courteous but as someone who suffers from dental anxiety, they always put me at ease and are so patient and kind. Dr. Colangelo frequently checks to make sure you’re feeling okay and not experiencing any discomfort. He also takes his time to explain procedures and your options for treatment which I appreciate so much! All the staff are so personable and welcoming. Also, the most amazing thing I experienced was when Dr. Colangelo removed the fluoride stain off my front tooth after completing my Invisalign. I have had that stain since I was a child & in a matter of minutes he was able to remove it! I’m so incredibly happy with my Invisalign results and so much more confident about my smile thanks to Grapevine Dental. You can’t put a price on that! I highly recommend this office!

I’m 53 years old. I’ve had my teeth cleaned many times and this week it was different. My teeth have never been this clean, like they were cleaned this week. The dental hygienist is one of a kind. A perfectionist. And I hope she will be able to clean my teeth from here on out.

This is the absolute best dental office you will find. The staff is friendly and will always remember you. Dr. Colangelo is flat out amazing. The cleanings are gentle but thorough and the dental work is impeccable. I drive an hour to continue using them even after I moved. I cannot recommend them enough.

I am not a fan of the dentist and because of that, i let myself go about 15 years without going to the dentist. I finally went because i noticed a hole in my tooth and I randomly picked Grapevine Dental because it was nearby and had good reviews and I'm glad i did. Dr Colangelo and his staff have been amazing!
I ended up needing a root canal which is supposed to be an absolutely terrible experience, but i didnt feel a thing. The worst part ended up being the shot to numb me up.
They have gotten me, the guy who didnt set foot in a dental office for 15+ years, back to seeing the dentist regularly and have taken great care of me. We just recently took care of a tooth i cracked that we found during my last cleaning. Again, not a fun time but they made it as easy and painless as possible. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful and they make going to the dentist almost enjoyable!

I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Colangelo and the work he has done on my teeth. He recently did extensive work on my front teeth and they look Amazing! He transformed my smile to even better than what I had imagined. His attention to detail and expertise is why my entire family and I have gone to him for years. The team at Grapevine Dental are wonderful and always so helpful. Dr. Colangelo and the Grapevine Dental team are the Best and I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs.

Myself and multiple family members have been patients of Dr. C at Grapevine Dental for many, many years. Not only is he a great dentist, but his staff is wonderful as well from the hygienists to the front desk, we cannot say enough positive things. They are always on time, professional, and kind. We have never had an issue with scheduling- which for a busy family is a big plus! Whenever I have contacted them about an issue with my teeth, they have always done a great job of getting me in quickly and completing the dental work. I am always happy to pass along their number to anyone looking for a great dental office.

My son just went to this place he didn't ask in advance how much a cleaning and x-rays were before he went and he has no insurance. Don't get me wrong I get it everyone has to make a living but I feel like $450 for a cleaning is ridiculous expensive. Just my two cents. Ask how much things will cost before you have them done.

Grapevine Dental with Dr. Michael Colangelo and his team are the most awesome, accommodating, funny and most comfortable dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The team is always cheerful and ready to accommodate your every need whether they are responsible too or not, they really go out of their way to please their patients. They have put up with my bad moods (that had nothing to do with them) and was still so pleasant and acted like I wasn’t in a mood. This team, and they are a team there is no I’m the boss in charge scenario at all, part of feeling comfortable in the office is them working as a team and it is wonderful. The best dentist I have ever been too. I would visit without needing work done they are so professional and pleasant to be around, they make you feel like family. They make sure you are satisfied completely before leaving them. They did my dental implants and I love them, their work is impeccable and very little pain, they were absolutely amazing. If you need dental work of any kind I suggest you go see Grapvine Dental with Dr Michael Colangelo and his team you will not be disappointed. If I was younger I would marry hm and adopt the team they are so much apart of me now.

I’ve been a patient at Grapevine Dental since 2016, and let me tell you, Dr. Colangelo is a dental wizard! I’m a problem patient with major teeth sensitivity, nerve damage, TMJ disorder, lock jaw, etc. Dr. Colangelo and his staff at Grapevine Dental never make me feel like a burden and are always quick to help meet my dental needs. They’re also very efficient. I’ve never waited in the waiting room longer than 5 minutes. I recently moved away from Grapevine and tried two new dentists near my new home. Quickly after these experiences, I realized Dr. Colangelo was irreplaceable, and I make the 40-minute drive every 6 months to see him and his team for my yearly cleanings. If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further!

To be honest one of the best dentists I have ever been too. Not only are the staff super nice and helpful they are quick. Also wireless headphones while getting a filling done. GENIUS! Professional and a super smooth process! Would give it 10 stars if I could.

Initially the staff was friendly, Dr Colangelo seems knowledgeable but also money hungry. After my examination Dr Colangelo said he could easily buffer out a stain on my tooth after my cleaning. He also recommended the need for 2 crowns and a filling. He said to get him after the hygienist was done. After my cleaning, I asked the dental hygienist to get the dentist, she said he would remove the stain after my additional recommended dental work. I told her the dentist said he could do it after the cleaning. She stepped out of the room and returned a few minutes later. She said the front desk would help me. The girl at the front desk checked me out and gave me a quote for $5,000. I told her I would call to schl an appt whe, when i had the money. I asked for the dentist for the stain to be removed and she said he would do it when I came back for my services. I explained to her what the dentist said and she said he wasn't available to do it until then and that he left the office. I felt in the beginning the dentist really cared but then I saw another side to them. I know everything comes with a price but I don't like being lied to. Super disappointed!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Colangelo and his staff, specifically the hygienist my sister and I both see, Debbie. My first visit I needed 2 crowns. He was very gentle and calming, much different than my experiences in the past. Today I went in having had vertigo for a couple of days, and Debbie was very accommodating in keeping me comfortable. Highly recommend and will continue going here as long as the good Lord keeps me in Texas!

Dr. Colangelo and staff are friendly and amazing. The front desk is always on top of scheduling and will always send you helpful reminders about your upcoming appointments. I also enjoy my conversations with the hygienists. I can't really think of anything negative about this office. Looking forward to my next cleaning.

Seems they manipulate some of the reviews on here. I saw no mention of the over aggressive, pushy blond front desk woman, who's job is to get you to schedule more treatments/ spend more money. I told her I had to discuss with my husband, and she gave me a rude, snotty attitude.
I also saw no mention of pre-paying for services, or how they overbill the insurance. The hygienists are great, I can say that.

The aggressive sales tactics and overbilling caused me to go somewhere else. I don't like that greasy salesman type attitude. At my new dentist, my cleanings are actually fully covered, and the prices are much lower meaning more will be covered on insurance.

My husband and I found out Dr. Colangelo a year ago when we moved to grapevine. I have had 2 crowns from him so far and one was a root canal which was result of my old dentist's negligence in filling one of my cavities but Dr. Colangelo and his team were excellent in fixing it and treated me very well during and after the procedure. My husband and I are moving away from the grapevine area but have decided to schedule all our future appointment with grapevine dental during the holiday when we visit. Thank you to the staff and the Doctor for the excellent care and dedication.

I can’t say enough about this awesome dentist! I honestly used to be super scared of going to the dentist, but they have made my experience so amazing! I have had a crown, cavity fillings, and regular cleanings done here and I will never go anywhere else!

After a horrible encounter taking my braces off where a bunch of holes were left in my teeth. Dr. Michael Colangelo helped me get all my teeth back with fillers. When it was time to get all numbed he noticed I was scared of shots and freaking out about everything he took his time explained everything to me alleys and made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was there. No matter what you are there for he checks up on you to make sure you’re having the best time you can. Never have I met a better dentist than him.

Had 4 caps put on, felt like I needed each one. I had been going to Dr. Coangelo for years until we moved away. Glad to be back! I obviously needed attention and he is one of the Best Dentists I ever had. His staff is great and gentle. He's smart, sensitive to my budget needs and offers options. Did I mention gentle?
